Traveling solo, safety, cleanliness, and value for money are my top priorities. That's why I always choose Huazhu Group hotels. This particular hotel is conveniently located right next to the high-speed train station, just a 3-minute walk away. Plus, it just opened last year, so the facilities are new, and the location is a huge advantage. The front desk even offers self-service luggage storage for up to 12 hours free of charge. There are a few residential areas nearby with popular zha jiang mian (fried sauce noodles) stalls that always have long queues – definitely worth trying! The front desk staff was very kind. Seeing my large backpack, the lady reminded me about the laundry service available by scanning a QR code. As I was leaving, she even offered me a bottle of mineral water from a heated cooler, noticing it was cold outside. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Xining.

The room was incredibly spacious, and we even got a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The high floor offered an amazing view, especially since we were there during the Lantern Festival and could see the fireworks all over the city. The hotel's location is excellent. The Airport Bus Line 2 stop is just 50 meters away, and Xinghai Road right outside is full of great food options. I was in such a rush when checking out that I left my charging cable behind. The front desk staff, especially Deji, was incredibly helpful and even mailed it back to me – I really appreciate it! 🙏 It was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip! 👍

Really beautiful, luxury hotel. Although rather isolated, the hotel is well placed with the mountains behind it and the lake in front. Everything was really clean, comfortable, modern, and well looked after. I went during a very quiet time so there were very people there. If you go downhill, before the main road, there are a bunch of restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station etc.

Room is spacious, location is great however the breakfast is pretty miserable. Bring a 5 star hotel, the breakfast is disappointing!😞 breakfast is served from 6.30am-10.30am, we arrived for breakfast at 9am but most food are almost finished and not replenished. At the egg station the condiments such as onions, tomatoes etc for scramble eggs were empty, told the chef nothing left for the eggs, he replied : orh, means no more already😱😱 its 1.5hrs from closing for breakfast and most food items not replenished anymore is not acceptable. Usually I don’t write bad reviews but this is certainly a very bad experience

This was the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my time in Qinghai. InterContinental really knows how to deliver! The service was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast spread was impressive. When checking in, the front desk thoroughly explained the hotel's amenities and even openly addressed potential issues, like ongoing renovations. Though they mentioned renovations, I didn't hear any disruptive noise. My only real issue was how incredibly hot and dry the underfloor heating made the room; even with the humidifier and fan on, my nose was bleeding from the dryness, but honestly, that's more of a personal problem. The bedding was super comfortable, and they thoughtfully labeled the soft and firm pillows. Even with a bit of altitude sickness, I still managed to get a good night's sleep!

The hotel is located near the Chaka Salt Lake. The hotel does offer room with oxygen supply for guests who are concern over high altitude sickness. We were there during low season and breakfast choices were very limited. I would like to comment on the wonderful service of the staff who went up and above to assist the us. The staff offered to take care of our laundry as timer on the dryer was not working and it's unclear when the laundry load can be dried. Would recommend this hotel to folks who plan to stay overnight in Chaka.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport bus stop, just a few minutes' walk away. The room was clean and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a nice river view. The front desk service was attentive, and breakfast was quite rich. They even offered complimentary afternoon tea upon check-in. Overall, it was a great experience with good value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

We were transiting in Golmud. The hotel we booked at first was not very good, so we changed to Hilton. We just looked at the reviews and decided. We thought there would be no star-level hotels in Haixi Prefecture, but the Hilton in Golmud exceeded my expectations. The lobby reception breakfast and guest rooms are all five-star standards, with full marks for details. It is also one of the few hotels with air conditioning. Takeout can be delivered to the door. There is free parking in the underground garage. The breakfast is great. The front desk lady is also very beautiful. The bathroom sanitary ware is also high-standard Duravit and Grohe. The water flow is large and the water pressure is stable, the hot water is sufficient, and there is no sewer smell. The bedding is also very good, the usual King Koil series is comfortable and easy to sleep, which relieves the fatigue of the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop. I will stay here again if I have the chance. Beautiful Haixi Prefecture, perfect Hilton.

The stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, right next to Daxinjie Night Market and Xiaguancheng Night Market, making it super convenient for exploring and dining. It's also within walking distance of the Dongguan Grand Mosque. The staff were all very kind and patient, and the front desk was professional and welcoming, making check-in efficient, quick, thoughtful, and thorough. Plus, parking is free, which is a huge bonus. Overall, it was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The service attitude is excellent; they actively help with luggage and respond quickly. There's an airport shuttle right outside the door, making travel very convenient. No need to rush much in advance, which saves time and effort. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel, with convenient transportation and a comfortable stay. Definitely worth choosing.
