The B&B environment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and tidy, with all the amenities you could need. The backyard parking lot was huge, the location was excellent, very close to the lake. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and their responses were prompt. Overall, a perfect experience! It offers fantastic value for money, and I felt completely at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

Facilities: The room currently doesn't have diffused oxygen. The underfloor heating is very strong, which can easily trigger altitude sickness. Cleanliness: It's pretty good, but the water is a bit yellow and needs to run for a while. Environment: It's very close to the Erlangjian Scenic Area. The lake view room offers direct views of Qinghai Lake, which is beautiful. Service: The front desk lady upgraded our room type for free, which was great!

Staying here in Xining was great; the location is super convenient, with plenty of shopping malls, restaurants, and bars nearby. It's definitely the trendiest and most vibrant spot around. The hotel maintained the usual high standards of an Accor Sofitel. The housekeeping staff did a good job, though the front desk was a bit unremarkable. The gym, pool, and sauna are all available, which is a plus. However, it would have been even more perfect if there was a hot tub.

The hotel is incredibly close to Xining High-Speed Railway Station and the bus station, easily within walking distance. My stay at Xining Chaidamu International Hotel was excellent! It's ideally located in the heart of Haihu New District, right next to a commercial area, making getting around super convenient. The hotel is located near the Chaka Salt Lake. The hotel does offer room with oxygen supply for guests who are concern over high altitude sickness. We were there during low season and breakfast choices were very limited. I would like to comment on the wonderful service of the staff who went up and above to assist the us. The staff offered to take care of our laundry as timer on the dryer was not working and it's unclear when the laundry load can be dried. Would recommend this hotel to folks who plan to stay overnight in Chaka.

This was the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my time in Qinghai. InterContinental really knows how to deliver! The service was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast spread was impressive. When checking in, the front desk thoroughly explained the hotel's amenities and even openly addressed potential issues, like ongoing renovations. Though they mentioned renovations, I didn't hear any disruptive noise. My only real issue was how incredibly hot and dry the underfloor heating made the room; even with the humidifier and fan on, my nose was bleeding from the dryness, but honestly, that's more of a personal problem. The bedding was super comfortable, and they thoughtfully labeled the soft and firm pillows. Even with a bit of altitude sickness, I still managed to get a good night's sleep!
