SSarah.HHuge thanks to the breakfast staff and Ms. Zhao Lina at the front desk! Haha, they responded to our needs instantly, followed up, and even offered suggestions, making us feel incredibly well-cared for! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we have a layover in Lanzhou! Lanzhou Airport is a high-altitude airport, and my husband was experiencing some mild altitude sickness – dizzy, no appetite, and a bit nauseous. After breakfast, I asked the restaurant staff if they had any remedies for altitude sickness. They immediately helped me inquire and then directed us to the front desk. Ms. Zhao Lina at the front desk asked about my husband's symptoms and provided some helpful solutions! With the hotel's assistance, my husband felt much better. Finally, we even received a follow-up call at the airport checking if his symptoms had eased – truly, thank you so much! The hotel is very close to the airport, and the shuttle bus was very comfortable. All the staff, from the shuttle driver to the front desk and the restaurant, were incredibly friendly. The only minor downside was that the room felt a bit stuffy.

Especially Owen, the manager, who recommended their Chinese restaurant when I asked him for recommendations. We ordered several signature dishes and shrimp roe noodles, and it was a pleasant surprise – the food was delicious and the price was reasonable. Thank you, Manager Owen, for the recommendation!

GGuest UserEasy to find and I believe it's the tallest building in Lanzhou. The overall service was excellent and made for a comfortable stay. I even got a complimentary room upgrade, which was great. The view was amazing, practically overlooking the entire city of Lanzhou. The food here is truly delicious. I had dinner at their Chinese restaurant, and the taste was fantastic, with very fresh ingredients. Breakfast was incredibly rich with a wide variety of choices. The beef noodle soup broth was incredibly fresh, and the noodles were delicious too. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Lanzhou.

GGuest UserNice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

GGuest UserThis stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, right next to the subway station, which was incredibly convenient for my business trip. The service team was professional and efficient. I especially want to thank Selena, the front desk manager. Not only was she highly competent, but she also thoughtfully upgraded my room. This kind of meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome, and I'll definitely choose this hotel first next time I'm in town.

Ppowerlong88Having stayed at Days Inn several times in the US, I didn't hesitate to choose it here in Lanzhou. The location is absolutely fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's within walking distance of the Yellow River Iron Bridge! I'll definitely pick this hotel again next time I'm in Lanzhou!

__YX25400****The room has a fantastic location, with a balcony directly facing the Danxia landform and offering stunning sunset views. The Danxia Scenic Area is right next door, with plenty of authentic local snacks. The hotel is situated in the middle of the loop, offering beautiful scenery no matter which way you turn. Staying in the mountains is incredibly peaceful; I even saw a blue sheep, a Class II protected animal, during my morning run. The scenic area is vast, and staying here allows for a more in-depth exploration.

I had already arranged for a pick-up. Just before my train arrived, I realized it was Lanzhou Station, not Lanzhou West. I quickly contacted the front desk, and they said they only pick up from West Station. I said, 'Alright then, Ctrip's main page didn't specify which station.' So I decided I'd just use the drop-off service later, as I was staying one night and leaving from West Station the next day. When I arrived at the hotel, I tried to book the drop-off service, but the front desk said they didn't have anyone at 6:30 AM; they start at 7 or 8 AM. I said, 'Your shuttle service is really great! I booked this hotel for the shuttle service, and I didn't get to use it for either pick-up or drop-off.' I'm truly speechless. I've attached screenshots of my booking page.
