아마 란저우에서 가장 높은 건물에 위치한 호텔이지 싶은데, 최상층에 배정된 사이드 룸을 배정해준 덕에 매우 좋은 뷰를 바라보며 쉴수 있었습니다. 룸 컨디션은 평범하다면 평범하지만 근래 atours 특유의 디자인이 잘 베어있는 룸이고 룸서비스는 하지 않았지만 (중국의 근래 서비스는 대부분 번호가 없으면 이용 불가) 로봇이 배달되는 것을 엘레베이터가 복도를 통해 관람(?) 할수 있습니다. 구지 관광하지 않아도 될정도로 란저우의 백탑산(바이타샨)이 보이고 사이드 끝으로 중산교가 보였습니다. 보통 호텔을 이곳 저곳 옮기는데 다음에도 재방문하려 합니다. (이런 전망 놓칠수 없죠)

This hotel is top. Service is great. You can see in the details when they clean or prepare the room twice a day. The room is also quite good, in quality and cleaning. The only think I dint like is that there was no remote control for the air conditioning and I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it off. Breakfast is food and varied. I would also like to thank Bobby at the front desk for his help. He speaks perfect English and helped us a lot.

I originally intended to stay 2 nights at Hyatt, but ended up extending my stay for 2 more nights because of the excellent service & the amazing view from my room. I switched rooms twice, because other customers secretly smoked in their rooms and the 2nd hand smoke infiltrated into mine, even though the hotel has a strict policy of no smoking. The staff and especially Owen, the front desk manager, was especially accommodating. He made every effort to see to my comfort during my stay, even upgrading my room and offering two free breakfasts because of the smoking issue. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel in Lanzhou - the service & room & pool & gym & food (the Lanzhou beef noodles) are excellent!

Great desk area with city views! Wifi was a little inconvenient (having to scan and sign up) and stopped working after I left and returned to the room later (however staff were very helpful so I'm sure if I asked for help it would have been resolved!) A decent breakfast selection. It would benefit from adding coffee (American etc.) - currently there is a pre-mixed white coffee machine. Would recommend the hotel :-)

It's relatively close to the Oriental Hotel Station on Airport Bus Line 1. It's within walking distance after getting off the bus, and it's relatively easy to find.
