This time I was so satisfied with staying at Jinjiang Inn! The location is excellent, 15 minutes walk to the subway station, and the surrounding restaurants and convenience stores are all available. The check-in at the front desk was efficient and welcoming, and I also actively recommended local specialties. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is very good, and the night sleep is particularly stable. The bathroom is designed to separate dry and wet, and the quality of toiletries is also good. Every day, the aunt in the room will clean carefully, replenish mineral water and toiletries in time, the overall price is super high, and I will definitely choose here next time I come to Lanzhou!

It's near the antique city and the building looks very old. It was a bit scary at night as there weren't many people around. The entrance was a flight of steps with no slope, so it was difficult to carry a large box. I don't know why the bed is so narrow, I almost fell off when I turned over. There is only one washing machine in the laundry room, which is a bit difficult to sort out.
The good thing is that the room size is OK, large boxes can be spread out, and the location is very close to Zhangye Road.

A young line of a well established chain hotel group. Very good location and the decorations are modern. Breakfast is western style and the room is compact with a french touch. Don't book any room without the city view because the others are facing the wall of the next building. The hotel building is quite old though the rooms are newly furnished. I was surprised it's a pet friendly hotel.

MM501427****Extremely satisfied with my stay, highly recommend! The hotel we chose for this trip was truly fantastic [applause], from booking to check-out, the entire process was smooth and pleasant! The location is super convenient, just an 8-minute walk from the subway station, with shopping malls and restaurants all around. It’s incredibly easy to shop, dine, and explore local cuisine without having to painstakingly plan routes. The hotel lobby is decorated with a simple yet grand style. The staff at the front desk were enthusiastic and professional during check-in, and very efficient. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with beef noodles, desserts, various pastries, and appetizers – all made with fresh ingredients and delicious, catering to different tastes. The room was even more spacious and bright than pictured, spotlessly clean and tidy, with absolutely no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height, allowing me to sleep soundly all night long, and all my fatigue instantly disappeared. The facilities are also excellent; the high-speed WiFi had stable signal throughout, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was well-done. Hot water was supplied promptly and at a stable temperature, and the toiletries were complete and of good quality. 🦋🦋 What’s even more commendable are the service details. The cleaning staff were very attentive every day, tidying up items and proactively replenishing toiletries. Check-out was also efficient with no unnecessary complicated procedures. It's rare to find a hotel with such great value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time and have already recommended it to friends planning trips!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Dazhong Lane by the Yellow River. When the door opens, it faces the night market stalls. It is very convenient to eat. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to Zhongshan Bridge. It is recommended to take bus No. 137 directly if you come from the West Station. It will be more convenient than taking the subway. You still have to walk a long way after getting off the subway station, but you can get to the hotel by turning a corner after getting off the bus station. The room is not very big, but it is enough to live in. It is cleaned very well, the water pressure is strong, and the shower is comfortable. I recommend staying here!

1. The hotel is conveniently located, only 15-20 minutes drive from the airport, which is a blessing for passengers on early and late flights, without worrying about the traffic problem of catching the plane;
2. The service at the front desk is considerate and warm, Miaomiao is warm and thoughtful and takes the initiative to greet, and the communication is pleasant😃
3. The room is large and clean, and it is very comfortable to live in, which adds a lot to this trip.
Overall, this hotel is not only in a great location, but also has a good service. It is highly recommended to friends who need to catch a flight and pursue comfortable accommodation!

Zzhaohaiyan****Environment: Coming here for New Year's Day, the environment goes without saying – it's clean, beautiful, and convenient. The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere.
Service: The service was very thoughtful. They communicated my needs and preferences beforehand, arranged a very quiet room, and had pillows and a humidifier ready. There was also plenty of water in the room. The breakfast was rich, with both Chinese and Western options, plus local specialties. The 'egg and fermented rice wine' was delicious, a real thumbs up! I really enjoyed it and will definitely stay here again next time.

GGuest UserNice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

LLee YH65We had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Lanzhou City Centre. Many thanks to front office staff, Debbie who attended to us warmly and responsively. The hotel's location was good and the check-in was very fast. Our high-floor room was clean and comfortable, the best is, choice of pillows is granted. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise view of the city from our window. A point to note, the room window can only be unlocked by staff for cooler air flow as the central heating system is in operation for the current winter season. We also loved the fragrant of the toiletries. Buffet breakfast spread was tasty and varied. We spent a relaxing time enjoying our breakfast slowly.

GGuest UserThe staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me order takeaways online and navigate the apps. The were also very quick to respond if there were issues. Only thing I would say is that the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking (that’s what I was told), but on multiple occasions I could smell smoke in the bathroom through the vent (very strong). I made a complaint and they said they spoke to the guest but unfortunately this didn’t stop. Cleanliness could have been better as when I first had the room, the room did smell smoky including the pillows. I had to re-clean the wood in the room myself with towel and soap since it was dusty and had a strong smoke smell so I couldn’t sleep and it gave me a headache. I think the rooms need a deep clean if you are to get rid of smoke smell from the bed, furniture, wood. You have your own aircon which is good so there is not a central system.

It's very clean and has a nice sunset view. This Holiday Inn at the heart of Lanzhou City comes highly recommended!!

AAnonymous UserLove the room design and grateful for the free treats. The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
