You take the lift of the department store and go directly to the 9th floor to check-in. The staff didn't speak English or some could a little but they would help you kindly and politely. When we asked for doing laundry they did it for us for free. The room was clean and cosy. Since the hotel is in the center of the district you can find everything you need and the zhongshan bridge is about 5 mins on foot.
