✅ Complimentary shuttle service is a huge plus: Just contact them in advance, and they'll arrange a pick-up from Lanzhou West Station. For your return, they'll drop you off at the subway entrance, so you don't have to lug your luggage far. The driver was friendly and punctual.
✅ Convenient location and transportation: It's close to Lanzhou West Station, with easy access to the subway and buses, making it very convenient to get to downtown attractions.
✅ Comfortable and smart rooms: Opened in 2024, the facilities are new. The entire room is smart-enabled (XiaoDu controls lights/curtains), and it features a smart toilet. It's clean and the bedding is comfortable.
✅ Thoughtful and attentive service: The front desk staff enthusiastically helped with luggage. Breakfast includes authentic Lanzhou beef noodles, and amenities like free parking and a laundry room are all available.
Excellent value for money. For accommodation near West Station, you can't go wrong with this place!

FFionafanttThe room, as always, maintained Hanting's consistent style: clean, tidy, and well-laid out. The breakfast offered classic Lanzhou flavors, with both the beef noodles and egg milk *laozao* (fermented glutinous rice dessert) being delicious. The egg milk *laozao* was especially good, the best I've had these past few days, even better than Lao Ma's! I highly recommend future guests try it. Water, coffee, and tea are self-service in the lobby, which is very guest-friendly. The location is unbeatable; the hotel is right at the entrance to the food street, making it convenient for dining and catching a taxi, and popular attractions are within walking distance. Extremely satisfied! 👍

Throughout the conversations, they maintained politeness and friendliness, making me feel completely at ease.

The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient; check-in was quick and seamless, and they even proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. The room was spotless, the bedding felt comfortable to the touch, and the toiletries were all reputable brands, making my stay as comfortable as being at home. The location is also incredibly convenient, with a subway entrance right outside, making it easy to get anywhere. The service was attentive and prompt, not perfunctory at all! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The location is fantastic, right next to Exit D of Xiguan Subway Station, adjacent to Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street, and within easy reach of Muta Alley Snack Street and Dazhong Alley Night Market. I expected a noisy stay in such a place, but the room was surprisingly quiet. Upon chatting, I discovered the owner had put a lot of effort into noise isolation, resulting in excellent soundproofing. The room resembles the design of the Atour Hotel, with smart curtains and toilets. The toilet itself is particularly impressive; it's as comfortable, convenient, and fully automatic as my own at home. The towels are all disposable, clean, and reassuring. I accidentally lost my room card while visiting the night market, but the owner, true to his Northwest roots, generously didn't fine me. I felt really bad about it, thank you!

LLiyang AndrewOn the map this hotel is about 900m away from the Lanzhou West train station, but I would advise you to take a taxi/ride-hail vehicle if you have large/heavy luggage. You have to either cross an overhead bridge without lift to reach the hotel, and because the stretch of road has buildings beside it that are undergoing construction, it can be a bit difficult to navigate the footpath which sometimes spills over to the road. Alternatively, you can take the metro for one stop and backtrack, but you would have to put your luggage through the scanner, let security test your liquids in the luggage, etc.
There is a convenience store outside the hotel, but otherwise there isn't much shopping to be done. The location is good only because it is near the train station.

GGuest User離文理學院蠻近的，衹是需要繞一圈過去。房間很大，床也很大，被子很厚實暖和，採光很好，晚上還能看夜景。老闆姐姐人很好，非常熱情善良好説話，如果你第二天有考試的話姐姐説可以不用趕十二點退房（我是晚上六點入住的，如果超24h應該不行）。這會還沒裝修完畢，沒有無線網，公共廁所沒有洗手液和衞生紙以及其他洗漱用品，介意的話可以詢問一下。

MMinShanHuaWithin easy walking distance to the train station - ideal for solo travellers, but far enough to not feel swamped in the crowds. The staff are friendly and personable, always happy to help and have a nice chat. This is a decent budget hotel, and was exactly what i would expect but the warmness and welcoming enviroment created by the staff was above and beyond and helped me feel at ease. Theres a small convinience store directly next to it with various shops and restaurants in the adjacent area providing useful. The bathroom couldve been a little cleaner, and the shower had some problems with water pressure and cleanliness but nothing bad enough to affect my stay. i will reccomend this place to any foreign friends staying in Lanzhou!
