I often choose Crowne Plaza for its comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. I forgot my bill when checking out, and a big thank you to Vivi for helping me email it over – she has such a sweet voice and provides warm, enthusiastic service. I also want to thank the driver who took me to the airport at 7 AM for his enthusiastic help. You all are wonderful! 👍

Checked into your hotel yesterday, and I must say the service was excellent. The location is super convenient, right next to a RT-Mart, and there's even a Luckin Coffee in the lobby on the first floor, which is a nice touch. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved the large floor-to-ceiling windows. Overall, a very pleasant stay! [smiley face emoji] And a big shoutout to the customer service for their outstanding and thoughtful service.

Overall, a fantastic stay! Lanzhou Airport is one of the furthest from the city center, making this hotel the top choice for early morning or late-night transfers. First, the positives: 1. Excellent service: Both the front desk staff and the shuttle drivers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Before arrival, the hotel proactively called to provide the shuttle contact number. Even arriving after 10 PM, a quick call had a driver there to pick us up. 2. Great location: It's very close to the airport, just a 3-minute drive. 3. Wonderful room: The layout is very practical, with distinct areas for the sleeping area, vanity, shower, and toilet, which is efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. 4. Delicious breakfast: It was quite substantial and varied. **Only 60 for two people.** Areas for improvement: 1. The curtains weren't thick enough; the room got bright around 6 AM. I suggest adding a pelmet. 2. The duvet was a bit too thick. These minor issues don't detract from the overall experience. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The room layout is well-designed, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The service is warm, attentive, and responsive. The dining offers a rich variety of dishes, and the flavors are home-style and delicious. It offers great value for money, making my trip very pleasant and comfortable. I was really satisfied with my stay this time! The hotel's overall facilities are brand new and impressive, and the decor is particularly stylish. The room itself was spacious and well-laid-out, making for a very comfortable stay. I absolutely have to give a special shout-out to Kyrie at the front desk. She was incredibly enthusiastic and meticulous during check-in, going out of her way to help coordinate and arrange the room type. The room had an amazing view, offering expansive scenery, and the mattress and soft furnishings inside were incredibly comfortable. I had a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. Furthermore, the service from Miho at the Executive Lounge also deserves high praise. She was attentive and warm throughout, even proactively helping to serve food. The drinks and food were replenished promptly. Whether it was for a relaxing break or just a quick stop, the atmosphere was fantastic, and I felt very well looked after the entire time. Everyone was so pleased and really wished we could have stayed longer!

The hotel is right next to Zhengning Road Night Market, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Zhongshan Bridge is just a leisurely walk away. The room was also very clean, and the front desk staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, providing great recommendations for local food and attractions. My friends and I were all very satisfied with our stay.

I've always wanted to give an excellent review but never had the chance. I've stayed here several times. The former Xilan Hotel was renovated and upgraded. The first revolving restaurant I went to in my life was here. It's been more than 20 years! Floor-to-ceiling automatic curtains, smart toilets, and warm room lighting are great for watching movies. Coupled with the attentive service, both the front desk and the room attendants are very nice, especially the smart mirror in the room is my favorite, the toiletries are also very easy to use, and the beef noodles with gray bean soup for breakfast are more Lanzhou characteristics! I haven’t had time to try afternoon tea yet, you can go and experience it! It is definitely the first choice hotel in Lanzhou. The key is that the price is affordable and it is only a few dozen meters away from the subway entrance! You deserve it! It's rare to find a hotel that I can give such a positive review with such confidence!

I absolutely loved this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the room, I was impressed by how clean and comfortable it was. The sheets and towels were spotless, and this fresh, cozy environment really made my trip more relaxing and enjoyable. I even had a beautiful view of the Yellow River from my room, which was especially stunning at night. I also want to give a special shout-out to Da Yanlong for the swift check-in process and for patiently answering all my questions with such a warm and friendly attitude – it really made me feel welcome. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great variety of fruits and pastries. Overall, I highly recommend it and would definitely come back given the chance!

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its proximity to Lanzhou West Railway Station. It's only a few hundred meters walk from the high-speed rail station and even provides a shuttle service. The area around the hotel is very convenient for dining and shopping. The rooms are spacious, bright, well-laid out, and fully equipped, not to mention clean and tidy. I choose this hotel every time I visit Lanzhou.

The hotel is located very close to the Lanzhouxi railway station , it serves the purpose of coming and leaving from Lanzhouxi. The hotel was kind to provide shuttle service to and from the railway station. It's close to the Gansu museum. We had a short visit to Lanzhou and this hotel suits me. Hotel staff were kind to assist you. The hotel is clean. A new fresh up renovation will be an asset. I needed extra water, someone delivered it personally, greatly appreciated.
