Great hotel. Close to the airport and near a park area. Good to relax. The hotel is very new, the rooms and the service are great, Nana did a great job. The breakfast is very relaxing, nice atmosphere, local and international dishes. The gym and the pool are great. I can warmly recommend

This Hyatt truly impressed me so much that I'd come back to the city just to stay here again. First, the location is absolutely excellent. It's within walking distance to many key attractions, which is a huge plus considering Lanzhou's traffic can be quite bad due to its geography. Being able to walk to most places you want to visit is undoubtedly the best option. Next, the ambiance and service: the room offered beautiful views of the Yellow River, was spacious and comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and meticulous. A young man at the front desk even extended my check-out time after learning about my flight schedule, which I really appreciated! The breakfast was extensive, featuring many local specialties, so you can enjoy authentic Lanzhou flavors without even leaving the hotel – fantastic! The hotel also has a free self-service laundry room, which is an absolute lifesaver. You can wash and dry everything within an hour, completely hassle-free! Everything else was great too; finding such a satisfying hotel during a trip is truly a joy! I hope the hotel continues to thrive, and I extend my most sincere thanks to the wonderful staff!

Checked into your hotel yesterday, and I must say the service was excellent. The location is super convenient, right next to a RT-Mart, and there's even a Luckin Coffee in the lobby on the first floor, which is a nice touch. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved the large floor-to-ceiling windows. Overall, a very pleasant stay! [smiley face emoji] And a big shoutout to the customer service for their outstanding and thoughtful service.

An absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the greeters and front desk staff displayed exceptionally high professional standards. Their service made me feel very comfortable, especially Hadi, whose arrangements were perfect and who patiently, efficiently, and tirelessly attended to all my needs. The hotel also offers airport pick-up service, and I'd like to extend a special thanks to the driver. My flight was delayed, and I didn't arrive in Lanzhou until past 11 PM, but he still provided service with the utmost sincerity. The hotel's decor is very new, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. The design style is elegant and cozy, and the level of smart technology is impressive. As someone from Fujian, I feel incredibly proud to stay at a hotel of my hometown brand here in Lanzhou, so far from home, especially one of such high standards and quality.

An unexpectedly pleasant stay, comfortable from arrival to departure. The room was well-lit, clean, and bright, with all facilities well-maintained, stable hot water, and a full set of toiletries. Public areas were tidy and quiet, not noisy at all. The staff were gentle and professional, showing attentiveness in every detail; they weren't overly intrusive but were always available when needed. The location is excellent, making dining and transportation very convenient. It offers both comfort and value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The hotel is right next to Zhengning Road Night Market, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Zhongshan Bridge is just a leisurely walk away. The room was also very clean, and the front desk staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, providing great recommendations for local food and attractions. My friends and I were all very satisfied with our stay.

The room layout is well-designed, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The service is warm, attentive, and responsive. The dining offers a rich variety of dishes, and the flavors are home-style and delicious. It offers great value for money, making my trip very pleasant and comfortable. Nice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

I absolutely loved this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the room, I was impressed by how clean and comfortable it was. The sheets and towels were spotless, and this fresh, cozy environment really made my trip more relaxing and enjoyable. I even had a beautiful view of the Yellow River from my room, which was especially stunning at night. I also want to give a special shout-out to Da Yanlong for the swift check-in process and for patiently answering all my questions with such a warm and friendly attitude – it really made me feel welcome. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great variety of fruits and pastries. Overall, I highly recommend it and would definitely come back given the chance!

The hotel is located very close to the Lanzhouxi railway station , it serves the purpose of coming and leaving from Lanzhouxi. The hotel was kind to provide shuttle service to and from the railway station. It's close to the Gansu museum. We had a short visit to Lanzhou and this hotel suits me. Hotel staff were kind to assist you. The hotel is clean. A new fresh up renovation will be an asset. I needed extra water, someone delivered it personally, greatly appreciated.
