If there was a 10-point scale, I'd give it a 10! The hotel's location is excellent, right in the old town. Vanleer Mei Hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Check-in was fast, and the staff were warm and attentive, making me feel right at home, almost like family. There was never any awkwardness or discomfort. Every time I passed through the lobby, the staff would greet me like good friends. The room was very cozy, and my child and I were very comfortable. The mattress wasn't too soft, so my back didn't ache after sleeping, which is a huge plus. The hotel is within the old town scenic area, so there are tons of restaurants right outside. The coffee was delicious, and the staff thoughtfully recommended some very authentic Lanzhou eateries. When checking out, they even gave my child a souvenir filled with snacks – a really thoughtful gift! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel is perfect for late-night flights, especially delayed ones, allowing for a timely and comfortable night's sleep. I loved the breakfast; the food quality was consistently good, and the beef noodles were surprisingly delicious. The service was also unexpectedly warm and attentive. My only suggestion would be to extend the airport pick-up service to 24 hours, especially since it requires a reservation anyway.

I had an early morning flight, so I opted to stay at the Parc Culture Hotel, which opened in 2025 at Lanzhou Airport, the night before. This hotel is one of the more luxurious options in the area, with very new and complete facilities in spacious rooms. The service was very attentive; they offered a special welcome drink upon check-in. The airport transfer service was excellent; they proactively called to confirm my itinerary in advance, and the driver enthusiastically helped with my luggage. The ride was about 5 minutes. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and in addition to standard fare, I could enjoy authentic Lanzhou specialties like beef noodles and grey beans. This hotel offers great value for money and is perfect for guests with early morning flights or late-night arrivals.

It's just a ten-minute walk from the train station, and downstairs there are plenty of restaurants and specialty shops. The hotel is newly renovated, and the parking lot is in the courtyard behind the building. Several hotels share this parking lot, but there are plenty of spaces.

The person who answered was Xiaowang, a front desk staff member. Over the phone, my words were rushed and incoherent, conveying my panic about leaving my ID and the urgency of catching my train. Xiaowang listened patiently and gently throughout, showing no hint of impatience. He calmly reassured me, telling me not to panic and to relax, promising to immediately help me search for it. After hanging up, Xiaowang went to my room right away to search, carefully checking every corner. Because I had packed in a rush, the ID card was in a rather concealed spot, making it difficult to find. However, Xiaowang didn't cut corners; he meticulously searched and checked everywhere, and finally, he successfully found my ID card. After finding the ID, knowing my train was leaving soon and I wouldn't have time to go back and forth, Xiaowang thoughtfully and proactively suggested that he could arrange a delivery service to send the ID urgently to the high-speed train station, ensuring I wouldn't miss my trip. This kind of service isn't a mandatory offering from the hotel; it was entirely Xiaowang's sense of responsibility and empathy that drove him to help a guest in need. On a rainy morning, with a considerable number of guests checking in and out, he still took time out of his duties to carefully verify my identity, confirm the station's location, quickly contact a reliable delivery person, and thoroughly explain the delivery requirements. He handled the entire process efficiently. Throughout, Xiaowang kept me updated on the search progress and the delivery status, allowing me to stay informed while en route, slowly easing my anxiety. The poor road conditions due to the rain added complications to the delivery, but he was dedicated and responsible every step of the way, without a single complaint, remaining gentle and patient. His extreme sense of responsibility made me feel incredibly secure. Ultimately, thanks to Xiaowang's excellent arrangements, my ID card arrived at the high-speed train station ahead of time, allowing me to check in and board without any delays. He truly solved my immediate crisis. For travelers, unexpected incidents are the most dreaded. Xiaowang, with his sincerity, attentiveness, and exceptional service, resolved my mistake and embarrassment. He made me, a solo traveler in an unfamiliar city on a chilly, rainy day, feel a profound sense of kindness and warmth. His attitude reflects true dedication, and his detailed service shows great commitment. Xiaowang not only possesses excellent professional skills and efficiency but also a rare kindness and genuine desire to help guests, proactively offering thoughtful solutions. There's even a robot delivering food, which my child loved seeing for the first time! This hotel is excellent; the service in all aspects is meticulous and thoughtful. It's suitable for a stay, clean, comfortable, offers a great experience, is well-equipped, and provides great value for money. Downstairs, there are plenty of food and drink options, and a supermarket is very close by, right across the street. There's even a McDonald's!

Environment: The hotel lobby and corridors are quiet and elegant, with good lighting, no smell, the public rest area is clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is high-end and relaxing; Hygienic: The rooms are cleaned meticulously, the floor, bathroom, bedding are clean, the corners are dust-free, the toiletries are neatly arranged, and the hygiene standards are very high; Facilities: The supporting facilities are very complete, the zero-pressure mattress sleeps super comfortable, the hot water is stable, free afternoon tea, late night warm heart noodles, parking lot are all available, business travel, self-stay are suitable; Service: All staff strictly standardize etiquette, take the initiative to say hello when entering the door, check in at the front desk is efficient, cleaning, restaurant staff are on call, there is a need to respond immediately, intimate and professional. Next time I come to the local area, I will choose this Meihao!

The room is quite spacious. It's right across from Lanzhou West, not far, about a few hundred meters. You can see it as soon as you exit the West Station, but you have to cross a pedestrian bridge. The bridge doesn't have an elevator, so it's inconvenient to go down with luggage. Every time I go to the subway station, I have to use the bridge... I hope this can be improved in the future.
