Great hotel. Close to the airport and near a park area. Good to relax. The hotel is very new, the rooms and the service are great, Nana did a great job. The breakfast is very relaxing, nice atmosphere, local and international dishes. The gym and the pool are great. I can warmly recommend

It's not far to walk from Lanzhou University subway station; the trees and flowers along the way are beautiful, and the hotel environment is impeccable. The receptionist was very enthusiastic, polite, and responsible – a big thumbs up! The hotel also provides a fruit platter and homemade yogurt daily, and the yogurt was indeed delicious! The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the Lanzhou beef noodles were absolutely amazing! Super delicious beef noodles!!! And the large window in the breakfast restaurant overlooking a big tree was breathtaking!!! The restaurant staff I encountered on the first day were all very nice, enthusiastic, and polite! However, on the second day, an older staff member at the entrance had a less than pleasant attitude.

An absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the greeters and front desk staff displayed exceptionally high professional standards. Their service made me feel very comfortable, especially Hadi, whose arrangements were perfect and who patiently, efficiently, and tirelessly attended to all my needs. The hotel also offers airport pick-up service, and I'd like to extend a special thanks to the driver. My flight was delayed, and I didn't arrive in Lanzhou until past 11 PM, but he still provided service with the utmost sincerity. The hotel's decor is very new, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. The design style is elegant and cozy, and the level of smart technology is impressive. As someone from Fujian, I feel incredibly proud to stay at a hotel of my hometown brand here in Lanzhou, so far from home, especially one of such high standards and quality.

Stayed here for a concert, just like in 2024. The location is super convenient. The Rose Bowl Stadium looks beautiful from the room, and I could even hear the rehearsals. Overall, everything else was pretty good, but the only thing I wasn't happy with was the pool. It's not only small, but it's also open to the public, with lots of kids taking lessons and staff livestreaming product sales. Also, they have latex pillows, but they are a bit too small.

This stay was great! The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are in good condition, and you can see that they are carefully maintained. The room was delivered with fruit, including my favorite strawberries, which were delicious and fresh. After talking to the waiter, I learned that the strawberries were picked from a local garden and were very carefully selected. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes good. I will choose this place next time!

The GSM (Guest Service Manager) is warm and professional, paying attention to every detail, truly making you feel at home. The facilities are comprehensive, with an amazing pool and gym, and the dining is also outstanding. The geographical location is excellent, close to the Wanda business district, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring. The Silk Road theme design is beautiful, combining cultural richness with comfort. It's the top choice for business travelers, quiet and comfortable, with professional conference reception.

This is a temporary stay for one night when returning to Suzhou from Gansu. I still chose the Jianguo Hotel. The environment is good, the sound insulation is good, the attitude is good, and the price is relatively inexpensive. It is worth recommending

Advantages: 1. The room is very big. 2. I met the staff doing the cleaning, and confirmed that the linens were indeed changed for each guest! 3. It is very close to the shopping mall, food court, and airport. 4. The service is nice. Disadvantages: The lobby and the room are not non-smoking. P.S. The breakfast at 8:00 is quite rich and the taste is above average. There are specialty seed melon and yogurt! Ramen is also freshly made, but Lanzhou ramen almost does not contain beef, and the beef is only injured on the skin.

I absolutely loved this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the room, I was impressed by how clean and comfortable it was. The sheets and towels were spotless, and this fresh, cozy environment really made my trip more relaxing and enjoyable. I even had a beautiful view of the Yellow River from my room, which was especially stunning at night. I also want to give a special shout-out to Da Yanlong for the swift check-in process and for patiently answering all my questions with such a warm and friendly attitude – it really made me feel welcome. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great variety of fruits and pastries. Overall, I highly recommend it and would definitely come back given the chance!

Centrally located hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is very clean. I enjoyed a healthy breakfast with plenty of options. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
