5-Star Hotels in Lanzhou

It's not far to walk from Lanzhou University subway station; the trees and flowers along the way are beautiful, and the hotel environment is impeccable. The receptionist was very enthusiastic, polite, and responsible – a big thumbs up! The hotel also provides a fruit platter and homemade yogurt daily, and the yogurt was indeed delicious! The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the Lanzhou beef noodles were absolutely amazing! Super delicious beef noodles!!! And the large window in the breakfast restaurant overlooking a big tree was breathtaking!!! The restaurant staff I encountered on the first day were all very nice, enthusiastic, and polite! However, on the second day, an older staff member at the entrance had a less than pleasant attitude.

I often choose Crowne Plaza for its comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. I forgot my bill when checking out, and a big thank you to Vivi for helping me email it over – she has such a sweet voice and provides warm, enthusiastic service. I also want to thank the driver who took me to the airport at 7 AM for his enthusiastic help. You all are wonderful! 👍

This was the best value for money on our Gannan trip! The room was spacious enough, very well laid out, and all the facilities were new and complete. Everyone, from the airport pick-up driver to the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping staff, was polite, professional, and proactive in offering help. We had seen reviews mentioning airplane noise beforehand, but we didn't experience any of that – it was very quiet at night, and the bedding was comfortable. We stayed on the 4th floor of Building 2, with our window directly facing the runway, and it was really pleasant to lie in bed with the window closed and watch the planes take off and land. Lanzhou Airport is so far from the city center; I highly recommend all early morning flight travelers to stay here for a night – it's truly worth it!

Stayed here for a concert, just like in 2024. The location is super convenient. The Rose Bowl Stadium looks beautiful from the room, and I could even hear the rehearsals. Overall, everything else was pretty good, but the only thing I wasn't happy with was the pool. It's not only small, but it's also open to the public, with lots of kids taking lessons and staff livestreaming product sales. Also, they have latex pillows, but they are a bit too small.

These should be designer's concept problems. The front desk customer service was very warm, but I was locked in the counter and couldn't walk out. The restaurant was cleaned and there were heavy curtains hanging. Is it afraid that people will see it after eating? It is said that it is cleaned twice a year. It was finished in two days, and people looked tired. The designer was probably infected by the terracotta warrior virus. Seeing the waiter kneeling on the ground and cleaning the carpet with a brush, it was still the same sentence: the carpet is not suitable for public use. Lao people's injury and wealth are not clean. The luggage cart is for guests, don't lock it in the warehouse. The waiter's sense of responsibility should be able to keep an eye on it and not be stolen. Who will steal such an empty place? Longxin Real Estate has done a lot of projects, but I am a little worried about this hotel. There are obviously two floors of underground garages, which are actually used as warehouses. *********** Although the school apartment next to it is well repaired. But I really need to ask someone outside to staff a remodel. I can still live here after passing by.

This is a temporary stay for one night when returning to Suzhou from Gansu. I still chose the Jianguo Hotel. The environment is good, the sound insulation is good, the attitude is good, and the price is relatively inexpensive. It is worth recommending

It is very close to the shopping mall, food court, and airport. 4. The service is nice. Disadvantages: The lobby and the room are not non-smoking. P.S. The breakfast at 8:00 is quite rich and the taste is above average. There are specialty seed melon and yogurt! Ramen is also freshly made, but Lanzhou ramen almost does not contain beef, and the beef is only injured on the skin.

I absolutely loved this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the room, I was impressed by how clean and comfortable it was. The sheets and towels were spotless, and this fresh, cozy environment really made my trip more relaxing and enjoyable. I even had a beautiful view of the Yellow River from my room, which was especially stunning at night. I also want to give a special shout-out to Da Yanlong for the swift check-in process and for patiently answering all my questions with such a warm and friendly attitude – it really made me feel welcome. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great variety of fruits and pastries. Overall, I highly recommend it and would definitely come back given the chance!

I've always wanted to give an excellent review but never had the chance. I've stayed here several times. The former Xilan Hotel was renovated and upgraded. The first revolving restaurant I went to in my life was here. It's been more than 20 years! Floor-to-ceiling automatic curtains, smart toilets, and warm room lighting are great for watching movies. Coupled with the attentive service, both the front desk and the room attendants are very nice, especially the smart mirror in the room is my favorite, the toiletries are also very easy to use, and the beef noodles with gray bean soup for breakfast are more Lanzhou characteristics! I haven’t had time to try afternoon tea yet, you can go and experience it! It is definitely the first choice hotel in Lanzhou. The key is that the price is affordable and it is only a few dozen meters away from the subway entrance! You deserve it! It's rare to find a hotel that I can give such a positive review with such confidence!
