Check in at the Olympic Sports, opposite to Wanda Mall after shopping is the hotel, five-star facilities, high-end atmosphere, the parking lot is very convenient on the ground, the stars at the gate are very beautiful, the front desk is warm and polite, and the luggage man is also very enthusiastic to help us mention the room along the way, and the warmest thing is that when you meet the management or waiters on any floor, they will warmly help you when you can’t find anything. I don’t like the big bathtub of the hotel. I will only stay here when I go to Lanzhou in the future.

地理位置挺好的，這個區域安靜點，如果在旁邊奧體看演出的話住這裏非常方便。服務非常好，衞生也不錯，就是淋浴可能和水壓有關係吧，畢竟品牌用的漢斯格雅算不錯了，水流稍微有點小，各方面都很贊👍

酒店服務很到位👍🏻我出差一開始訂的是高級大床房，後來先免費升級了豪華大床房。由於我習慣性進房間開空調，沒想到晚上洗個澡出來空調直奔33℃，和前台賓客服務中心打電話被告知3月還沒開啟製冷需要把空調關掉試試，但也由於房間温度一直降不下來，酒店很主動提出替換到同樓層的套房。當時已經過一點了，3月20日晚上值班的工作人員都很盡心，非常感謝他們❤️賓客服務中心的各位服務都非常好！
哦對了豪華大床房電視可以投屏，後面換的套房不能投屏，希望下次有所改進。

地段十分便利，距離高鐵站，機場高速入口都很近，門口就是萬達，吃飯逛街很方便。酒店非常大氣豪華，房間很大設施很全面，物品很細節，衞生非常乾淨。服務人員態度很棒，尤其前台張盼小姐姐，人美聲甜，服務温暖，給人賓至如歸的感覺。總之來蘭州，一定要來這裏，不會失望。

前台免費給我升級到了精緻套房，房間特別大，外面還能看到夜景（蘭州奧體），大廳也給人一種特別高雅的感覺。房間設備齊全，服務態度也特別好，從頭到尾都是讓人感覺很舒服安逸！會再次光臨！真的特別開心的一次住宿，最後退房的時候還特意贈送了一副日曆~~~絕了，簡直了！就是早上自己起來的太晚了沒有吃到這裏的早餐，下次來一定要體驗一下！真的太推薦了！希望大家都能來！
