Upon checking in, there was some noise in the room that affected my rest. After contacting the front desk, they smoothly arranged a room change, so the issue was handled with decent efficiency. However, the laundry service was disappointing as my clothes were not cleaned properly and still had stains on them, so this service definitely needs improvement. The bathroom facilities were good, and the overall environment was clean. The staff were friendly and actively helped resolve any issues that arose. Overall, the experience was moderate. I hope Hotel Thrive, A Tropical Courtyard can improve the quality of its laundry service. When checking out, I discussed the laundry issue with the front desk, and they gave me a 50% discount on the laundry fee, which I appreciate as a positive resolution.

The hygiene was good, and it's very close to the main street. There's a security guard at the entrance, so safety is guaranteed. It's also very quiet. Overall, it's pretty good, though the breakfast was a little too salty. The hotel provides toiletries like shower gel.

Stepping into the hotel, I was greeted with a cheerful "Namaste" from the security guard. The path was quiet and pristine, a true oasis. Every day, I enjoyed a peaceful breakfast before venturing out into the bustling streets. Despite the chaos, Kathmandu is truly worth it, thanks to its rich culture and kind people.

A flawless hotel. Lush and green. Breakfast was adequate. Dinner and coffee are also available. Everyone from the security team to the waiters was very kind. The location is very central. You can walk to Thamel, but it's a bit difficult as there are no sidewalks. The rooms are very comfortable and spotless. We had no issues with bugs or lizards. The music played in the mornings is wonderful.

The hotel is very quiet. The air conditioning worked well, and the room temperature was comfortable. There were no gnats or mosquitoes. The plumbing fixtures were new. Thorough cleaning was provided promptly at the push of a button. In the courtyard, you can admire the beautiful landscape design. For breakfast, the restaurant offers Indian, Continental, or American options, and you can also order additional dishes. The interior of the restaurant is adorned with a large panel depicting a view of old Patan Square. Two bottles of water were provided in the room. Durbar Square is within walking distance. The staff is very polite and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay in the center of Kathmandu.

This is the most highly recommended hotel in Kathmandu within its price range, and the facilities are very new.
