The room space feels a bit cramped, and the boxes can only be placed on the floor. When you go out, you can reach Thamel with many shops, which is super convenient. The service is good and the restaurant is very convenient for ordering and delivery.

Hotel is owned by a scammer. Shankar Pandey will take your money but doesn't keep his promises. Very bad customer services he acts if he is your friend but doesnt care about you at all. Stay away from this company and stay somewhere else and be safe

friendly staff who went out of their way to correct an error made during payment during checkout. The breakfast was good & the person made and excellent cappuccino in the morning. Super convenient to thamel & would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and I have met some friends who have lived there for a long time. The fried cauliflower for breakfast is better than fried chicken. I admire the chef's cooking skills. The guy at the front desk of the hotel can speak Japanese, and he can switch communication when English gets stuck. The Stuff I met greeted me with a smile, very nice.

Excellent hotel. The best location for those who want to really experience the taste of Kathmandu nightlife. The rooms are clean. Everything you need is there. Satisfied)

Lovely spot in northern Thamel!

All the staff at the Norbulinka Boutique Hotel from the receptionists to the barman to the waiters were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We were offered drinks on arrival & our luggage taken to our rooms. The rooms were comfortable with nice, comfy beds plus a flat screen tv, free Wi-Fi, a kettle & coffee (no tea though) and a walk in shower with plenty of hot water and free toiletries. The rooms were cleaned every day & we received 2large bottles of water each day too. A very good buffet breakfast was served, with different hot dishes available including omelettes, chicken sausages, mini garlic potatoes, freshly cooked vegetables and some curry dishes plus cereals, juices & teas. The restaurant also serves very tasty dinners including delicious mimosas and thalis served with a refreshing bottle of Gorkha beer and their specialty - Nepalese rum with honey & hot water which we had every night. The hotel is in North Thamel in a vey convenient location and close to the many restaurants and stalls of Thamel. Well worth seeking out as a very good value Hotel close to the action in the heart of Kathmandu.

This is a great hotel nestled in a great location attached to the famous Thamel Market. Just a few minutes walk from the Kathmandu Durbar Square and walkable from many great pubs and nightlife, this hotel is a seriously great value for money. The absolute highlight of this place is IT'S AWESOME PEOPLE! super friendly and courteous staff are always ready to help you with a smile. Their restaurant has very tasty food, and I used the Hotel's very reasonable tour package to check out the great places around Kathmandu Valley and my driver was sweet and helpful. All in all, folks from Norbulinka made my Nepal visit truly memorable. Special shoutouts to Mr.Santosh & Mr.Kiran , Mr.Ganesh, Mr.Rabin
