The service is very good, free water and coffee, and small cookies. The location is in the city, and it is convenient to walk to everywhere, especially to the reef and other ports to go out to the sea. The newly renovated facilities are also OK. The faucet is loose, but it doesn't matter. There is some noisy air conditioning sound, so if you are a light sleeper, you should be careful. Some towels are a little dirty, but you can change them at will.

There is a Woolworths supermarket right next to the hotel. Rusty's Market, the Night Market, and the Reef Terminal are all within a 5-minute walk, making this a great location! I also appreciated the free coffee and water. I stayed for 3 nights, but there was a cleaning service every 2 days, and the linens were changed for new ones. I had an inquiry about check-in, so I sent a message twice through Trip.com, but there was no reply. Maybe it's because I'm in Japanese? Other than that, I was very satisfied with the cost performance, cleanliness, shower water pressure, and staff service. I would like to stay at this hotel again next time.

Cleaning is done every two days, and it's almost like just changing your towels. Also, the light is shining directly, and so is the corridor. It feels like **, you know, I arrived on the first day and was so scared that I couldn't sleep all night.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the cruise terminal, and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. There is a large supermarket next to it, and there is also a night market not far away, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. There is a large lounge on the second floor of the hotel, where you can take self-service coffee and small cookies at will. You can relax and have a cup of coffee here, read a book, and browse your phone. The hotel staff has a very good attitude. When I booked, I noted that I wanted two single beds. After checking in, I found that they were put together in the room. I asked the hotel staff to adjust it immediately. The disadvantage is that the room I stayed in is close to some unknown facilities. When the environment is quiet at night, the roar is obvious and very noisy.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a Sichuan restaurant downstairs, which tastes good. The pier and night market are nearby. It takes a few minutes to walk. The room is cleaned every two days. The price is good.

I took three elderly people on a free trip to Australia for 18 days. The worst hotel was completely unacceptable. The room was completely closed and the windows were locked. The elderly people could not turn on the air conditioner and could not sleep. The room had a musty smell and two people could not sleep on the first night. The next day, an old man got sick, which affected his schedule. He also had allergies. I booked two rooms for three nights and checked out early, but the hotel didn't agree. I couldn't stay for one day, so I thought I was unlucky and switched to a Hilton hotel. This is just a small hotel. About The store did not mention the sealed room in the promotion, which is false propaganda and the experience is very poor. It is recommended that you choose carefully.

On Ctrip, this kind of hotel should be highly recommended. The price is not high, the stay experience is excellent, the staff are very friendly, the food is very convenient for travel, and the cleanliness of the room is far better than that of Hilton.
