Dormy Inn Kawasaki Natural Hot Spring Reviews

Arrived Haneda airport late. Took taxi to the hotel. ¥4400. Reasonable. Hotel service is excellent, realised I had claustrophobic and arranged a higher floor room for me. I stayed in 5 stars hotel before and they did not notice my request.  So Dormy Inn did provide a good service. The Natural spa on the upper floor is very good. Also the evening free noodle from 9:30pm. Highly recommend.  離羽田機場很近，坐計程車只要¥4400。 早上在川崎去品川很方便。天然溫泉很有日本風味，早餐很地道。性價比高。知道我有密室幽閉症，特別安排房間。之前住五星級酒店，也沒有留意我的要求。所以很讚這所酒店。我來日本也經常住這連鎖酒店Dormy Inn.  很推薦👍

Everything was good; however, I did not notice until I reached the hotel that there would be no housekeeping services. I think it should be mentioned boldly so that no one overlooks it while booking.

It was clean and comfy. I loved the onsen on the top floor. It was like a modern hotel but you can enjoy the traditional japanese onsen in the middle of a busy and crowded city.

Good facilities and spacious room. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel👍🏻friendly staff Cozy little room—small by Tokyo standards but stocked with everything you need. The peaceful, clean surroundings make it perfect for unwinding after a busy day.Location couldn’t be better: there’s a convenience store right downstairs, and you’re just a short ride from all the major sights. Friendly staff who go the extra mile.

Easy to find location and walking distance to Kawasaki station. Decent size room and nice city view. Onsen is the best and not overly crowded. Nice breakfast and night noodle snack. Would stay again if visiting next time.

Amazing experience, surprisingly good hot tub

We had a great stay. Need to walk 200-250m from Kawasaki station. Otherwise it was all great.

Everything was good the only downside was that the pillow was too hard

We stayed 2 nights, this location is close to HND airport. Walking distance from the Jr Kawasaki station. We love the breakfast and outdoor hot springs. The free ice cream and ramen are nice bonus. We hope the front desk explained the facilities to us as we have to figure out by the signs in the elevator.

Firstly, we had an issue at check in and Trip.Com were hopeless dealing with it. The girl online just didn't want to listen to our plight. I didn't know that Trip is China based. With respect to the hotel it's the best one we stayed in on this visit. The property appears very new. The amenities are terrific. The hot spa is a great relief after walking around nearby attractions and shopping. We will certainly stay again 5🌟

The room was clean and very tidy. I have booked two nights and enjoy the facilities The onsen was wonderful. Will come again.

Even though it is a three stars hotel but I felt that it has way exceeded my expectations. I was afraid that the public facilities such as the onsen and eating area will not be maintained well but they were really clean. Nothing to complain about the room, it looks new and tidy. Other than the perks of having late night snacks, there are also reading corners, massage chairs and laundry (+dryer) machines. It is worth to at least try the breakfast for one day, the spread was extensive! Location wise, it is really convenient. It's just a few mins walk to the main streets and there is a direct train station to Haneda Airport.

The room is quite small and the bed mattress is quite hard but the onsen is good
