"Location 10/10 Bed, room size 10/10 Staff 10/10 lovely staff, special thanks to ladies at desk that helped me dialing some Japanese numbers, arigato gozaimashita 🙇🏻♂️ Laundromat 2/10 it gets the job done but the room was extremely small and uneasy to move around. Tap water onsen 1/10 the water is basically way too dirty, clearly customers of this hotel doesn't respect to policy of "shower first" part. You can actually see particles of chemicals floating by in the water, the water of this one was the worst I've experienced in all over Japan. So, don't pick this hotel for their onsen, it was a disappointment during my 3 nights stay. I've been to more crowded hotels and onsens never seen such a dirty water. Would I come back to this hotel tho? I'd come back to this hotel for it's price-performance ratio. I think for it's price and what it has to offer, still worth it."
