Hotel was amazing Employees very Good Reception employ perfect

Advantages: Polite staff, excellent sound insulation, cozy rooms, delicious breakfasts, ski transfer, nice rooftop restaurant. Flaws: The room equipment is boring, there is nothing except soap, water and towels. Overpriced for expectations. But overall I liked it.

Perfect location, in a nice and fancy city. Love the place, and it is not the last time, I wil stay here.

Travelling in Central Turkey in August can be tough where temperatures reach 28°C at night and around 35°C in the day. You don't want to cut corners on accommodation and the good news is that the Radisson Blu in Kayseri is very affordable 5 star luxury. You and your family need the spacious rooms, excellent swimming and spa facilities including Turkish bath, sauna, gym, main and kids pools that are included in the stay. There is a rooftop terrace bar and restaurant with unsurpassed views over the city and surrounding mountains which is beautiful and colourful at sunset. The Radisson is conveniently located between the upmarket Forum shopping mall and the centre city. Kayseri Radisson is an excellent base for visits to Cappadocia and Mt Erciyes ski areas which is open for trekking in the summer. Needless to say, the service in the hotel is friendly and hospitable from reception, room services, restaurants and spa. Highly recommended place for a 5* stay.

The service is super good, very friendly for parent-child travel, the price is not high, the environment is very good, the breakfast is very rich, especially the yogurt is delicious 😋There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, shopping and eating are very convenient!

The location is very good, there is a shopping mall next door. The hygiene and facilities are good. The breakfast is quite rich, but mainly local and Western.

The hotel was very nice, but we had a very bad experience with the reservation, not with the hotel but with the trip.
