Was nice, could use a fridge in the room

Check-in was easy and the staff were moderately friendly. The hotel has a very slow lift. The room was very basic, cold, and not at all a 4-star room. It was very dimly lit, even with all five lights on. The bed was on the firm side (which was ok) and had non-feather pillows--good for allergy sufferers. Good that there was a nightstand on each side of the bed, as well as power outlets on both sides--perfect for two people to charge devices at bedside. There was an electric tea kettle but, unfortunately, no mini fridge. The shower cabinet was an ok size, the water pressure was ok, and the hot water stayed hot. Unfortunately, the shower was quite moldy--housekeeping (or maintenance) needs to give that a good scrape & scrub. The towels were thin. The wall-mounted magnifying mirror was a nice touch, but it would not stay in place, rendering it useless. The hair dryer would only work for about 15 seconds on the high setting before shutting down for about 10 minutes. Loud construction repair noise inside the hotel was not fun to be awakened by at 8am; such disruptive sounds should be scheduled for after checkout time or afternoon when it's less likely that people would still be sleeping. The WiFi was strong but was not password protected (boo!). There was ample parking in the large open-air lot surrounding the hotel complex. There is a supermarket nearby but not very good restaurant choices. The hotel's bar restaurant was not open for very long each day, was pricey, and the food was just ok; the poor bartender was the only person working there and she had to double as waitress & bartender. The woman was very much overworked. I would prefer to look elsewhere the next time I'm in the area.

Very friendly and helpfull staff! Bar was closed during Pinkpop which is a shame because you want to enjoy a drink after a festivalday of work/visiting. Not every room is as clean as the other with some stains in the carpet for example. My biggest complaint is that there are plenty of rooms where it is unable to open windows and there is no airconditioning so some rooms are extremly hot and stuffy. Don't go to this hotel if you have anything like asthma for example.

Arrived at nighttime. Enjoyed dinner, although some items were out of stock. Breakfast was excellent each day and typically in stock. Did not require room service during our stay. The facilities were sufficient. Overall, a good experience. The staff spoke English and were generally helpful.

Room is very large and there are extra pillows, always a plus! Nice bathroom and shower. Big wardrobe with a safe. Kettle for tea and coffee in the room, with sugar and creamer. On site restaurant was very good, we had dinner there. Staff are lovely. Free parking across the street. In an odd spot, sort of a ***** mall with the entrance in the middle. Very comfy. Only negative was the lamps are a bit dim, but the room has a balcony!

Clean, comfortable room. We always stay in the apartment rooms, giving us flexibility and more like home than a hotel room. Staff is always friendly and all speak English which we appreciate. Location is near the freeway, stores and multiple restaurants are close.

The rooms in the Fletcher hotel are spotless and feel very new and modern. The beds are comfortable clean and have extra pillows if required with blackout curtains. There was a powerful hot shower that didn't go cold and plenty of towels, toilet paper and cups.

Hotel was clean, quiet and room looked good. We had an apartament on 4th floor. They also have sauna and fitness (4 machines) available for guests. Food was good, restaurant looked decent. The area around the hotel is industrial, there is an amusement center nearby with arcade, cinema, sports and restaurants.

Simple hotel, simple but good breakfast. Rooms are clean and quite large. Sauna is closed early in the evening. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice (simple) bathroom. Free parking! Lots of local foodshops around, supermarket on 2 mins walk.

+ Location as a base for Eifel tours. + Room itself fine (unfortunately a continuous toilet) + Friendly staff. - After dinner in the restaurant both suffered from vomiting and stomach cramps for 2 days. - There seems to be a major shortage of staff: * Restaurant during dinner waiting times were too long. * During breakfast many items were not refilled on time, coffee machine empty and long wait for refill, long wait for a free table. 1 lady who had to keep track of everything and had to run her legs off and simply could not keep up. * Cleaning service was not carried out, bag with towels on the doorknob while a complete service was requested. All in all a disappointing experience and not worth repeating.

Upon arrival we reported that the safe is loose, according to the reception employee this is normal😡, mold in the shower cabin has not been prevented😡, order bread with the salad, €4.50 for 3 PIECES of baguette without butter😡 upon return on day 2. room not cleaned, reported and nothing is done about it 😡 I think it is a Fletcher method, keeping the complainer silent and not responding, that's how I think you scare your customers away!!
