Beautiful room! Very comfortable. Nice area. But far from parks. Well worth the extra $. Only complaint was the ice machine was broken. Told them toilet needed repair after the stay but I’m sure they would have switched our rooms if we mentioned before. Will stay with them again😀😀p

I booked the hotel through your online service. Absolutely NO ONE answered the phone. I called for 2 days. My father checked in last night and they charged him for the hotel again. I am very upset and want someone from the hotel to call me back.

We stayed for 1 night. My son left his electric toothbrush. We called the same day we left but they said they didn’t find it. Im 100% sure it was there when we left. And I called again for the next 2 days but no where to be found. So to make it short don’t be stupid to leave anything in the room. It is not expensive item but what more if you accidentally leave something valuable . So be aware my friends.

The property is currently being renovated so our room was updated. However, one of the beds had a big dip on the one side and it was not very comfortable for my little one. Conveniently located with nearby restaurants. My biggest peeve was the $150 security deposit required when I checked in, after I already spent that much paying for the room. This was not disclosed in the listing and it seems like they were expecting us to trash the room. I would not have booked this place if I had known that ahead of time. It was only an overnight stay so it was sufficient.

this is nice local hotel with an adequate large pool and good for visiting the Kissimmee area. the staff was very nice.
