Very professional and friendly staff. Great location in a nice part of Kisumu that is not so hectic, yet still in the city center. Very safe.  WiFi was mostly very good, good air conditioning. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.  Negatives: no coffee/tea machine in room, no flip flops for bathroom, and no mini fridge in room. But otherwise nice amenities.

Pleasant atmosphere and very professional staff, always at service. Only minus was slow charging of phone in the room.

I had the pleasure of spending several days at this hotel, and I can confidently say that the service is of exceptional quality and meets international standards. The rooms are immaculate and elegantly designed and you get quality sleep, the breakfast buffet is diverse and satisfying, and the staff are consistently professional, courteous, and welcoming. The dining options are excellent, offering delicious meals, and the security is thorough, providing peace of mind throughout the stay. The location is also perfect. Without a doubt, this is the best place to stay while in Kisumu.

Highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Kisumu. Its in the heart of Kisumu town. The location is excellent especially if you travel by bus. The rooms were very clean and the food in the restaurant very tasty. Enjoyed my stay.

Amazing service! We arrived late from a flight and the restaurant staff stayed late to accommodate us. Chefs Hellam and Exekiel made a fantastic chocolate cake for a birthday. They really made it special. All of the food was exceptional. The grilled chicken was cooked perfectly. Catherine, our waitress, was very friendly and brought a lot of joy to our experience.

Great friendly customer service from the Raymond at the front desk, he is willing to go over and beyond. Very modern and comfortable rooms with a great shower. Great food and lovely service from Nancy and awesome Chefs. I would definitely recommend for a business stay.
