A good hotel and great staff

Good location, clean and safe.

It is good.

The bathroom walls not clean, gym also had no water and wipes spread around

On the plus side: It was New Years and the room beside us was very loud. The staff was very professional and got them to (somewhat) quiet down. I hope they didn’t make too much of a mess for the staff to clean up. On the negative side: the vending machines were out of service

The room wasn’t cleaned very well. The bathroom tap was dirty as well as the bedside table. There was also screaming in middle of the night, which woke me up. The toilet was running every so often in the middle of the night also. Had a terrible sleep.

Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

For the money, it was perfect. Comfortable and good staff

Rooms were very clean and staff were pleasant.

Bed pillows are not standard. Too small for comfort. Time to upgrade.

Guest services are completely trash. No one has the slightest idea as to what is going on.
