"Best Location nearby river Dale at historic Town. It was apparently a jail home 20 years ago. The room originate a lock up capsule and it's a bit small for a family. Overall is still acceptable. Nice experiences of stay."

"Hotel was in a great location, room was clean and very nice, bed was comfortable, and view was nice. Our bathroom was across the hall from our bedroom-- which though a little strange --didn't cause us any issues as it was private and clean (and huge). The only critique I have would be about the self check-in. I understand the goals of having a streamlined check-in process, but we didn't recieve the email with instructions, and had no answer to an email of inquiry. It took me phoning the hotel's administration to get an answer, in which the woman was very helpful, but did take away some of our time in Lucerne. If there was a more straightforward process that did not involve using the machine at the front door, as well as having clearer instructions on checking out, the stay would have been perfect."

"Even after arriving at the address, it was difficult to find the entrance to the accommodation. This was because there was no separate check-in counter. While I was fidgeting and parking out front, a staff member appeared and kindly helped me, but the room hadn't been cleaned, so I had to wait for about an hour. The sofa bed was usually installed at other accommodations, but here, I had to set it up myself, including the bedding. The room was also smaller than I expected, so the value wasn't great."

"The location was very accessible to the city central, the promenade, eateries, supermarket (migros/ coop around 10-15 mins in the old town) ! The hotel owner was very kind, friendly and prompt in their replies! The hotel was so clean, equipment was up to date and new! Love the washing machine it was super easy to use and also convenient for us to wash clothes in the house. Room was spacious and the view was extremely beautiful especially for sunrise and sun set! It is great for a family up to 6 as there was 3 bed rooms! The room service person was also very kind!"
