The only critique I have would be about the self check-in. I understand the goals of having a streamlined check-in process, but we didn't recieve the email with instructions, and had no answer to an email of inquiry. It took me phoning the hotel's administration to get an answer, in which the woman was very helpful, but did take away some of our time in Lucerne. If there was a more straightforward process that did not involve using the machine at the front door, as well as having clearer instructions on checking out, the stay would have been perfect."
