"Super beautiful and well designed hotel with exceptional service. After coming back from the mountains we felt so well taken care of and could get some rest: we could wash our clothes, got super tasty snacks for free and the staff immediately attended any question or requests we had. The hotel is also perfectly located in Kanding. Super close to two main temples and only a 20 minute walk to the city center. The view from the room we had was also amazing. Highly highly recommend this hotel when visiting Kanding - and we hope to come back again! Thank you again!"

"I visited in April with a self-drive trip, and the prices were a bit unstable. They upgraded my room for free, which was nice. The underfloor heating was very warm, and there was a humidifier and oxygen diffuser. However, the room had one flaw: the top skylight caused condensation due to the heat, and it dripped all night, so I didn't get good rest. After driving 200 kilometers today, I'm exhausted... The front desk service was decent, and breakfast was average. They really should clean up the cow dung around the house and stairs; there's too much of it... and it's attracting flies... The front desk was very apologetic about the power outage last night, which was thoughtful. The starlight camp has a good location, but I suggest they improve the road leading into the camp and clear the cow dung regularly."

"Our room in Kangding had a beautiful view. It was clean and spacious. The staff was very welcoming putting a lot of effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Besides they made great coffee! You can enjoy the coffee sitting on the terrace which has a beautiful view over the mountains. Especially the receptionist Bing invested so much effort to help us organize our trip and giving us an unforgettable evening. The location is also not far from the city center. You can reach it by walking. We would definitely visit again! ☺️"

"I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness, excellent service, and reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel. The gurgling river nearby is especially conducive to sleep. I also highly recommend trying the yak beef hotpot at the Qionglai Restaurant next door. It's absolutely delicious. The breakfast there is also very rich. The owner is truly warm and hospitable. Sichuan people are truly kind. The hotel, the Qionglai Restaurant next door, and the night view of Kangding, though only for one night, left a lasting impression. The restaurant is right outside the Casa Hotel."

"Service: After booking the room, a dedicated butler contacted us with the detailed address and directions, and guided us to the hotel via the Baitukan Tunnel. The hotel also has a dedicated parking lot. The hotel offers laundry service, which is very convenient. The owner was very patient and helpful when we asked about nearby restaurants and attractions. The hotel's fruit platter and breakfast were also very generous. Environment: As soon as I entered the room and opened the curtains, I was completely captivated by the stunning mountain view. It's about a ten-minute walk to the center of Kangding County, and I saw a plethora of beautiful roses along the way. Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy, and the bathroom had double sinks and a heated towel rack, which was a nice touch. Facilities: The hotel's restaurant offers a great view, and dining there was a delightful experience. The fourth-floor balcony was also very comfortable, and downstairs there were also billiards, mahjong machines, and other entertainment facilities. P.S. I'm not a shill, just a happy newbie who finally made it to my western Sichuan trip. Thank you Kangding and this fantastic hotel for making it a perfect start to my trip."

"This hotel is clean, hygienic, and newly renovated. It features standardized decor and facilities, offering a small but refined experience. The mountain view from the window is very comfortable. It also comes with a washing machine and dryer. The price is affordable, making it excellent value for money. The front desk service was great; they helped us upgrade to a room with an oxygen supply. The room has a surround sound system that can play music via Bluetooth. Although the breakfast selection isn't vast, it's very delicious. ✨ The hotpot recommended by the front desk was fantastic!"

"It was a stunner, literally. This B&B is a true gem. That day, we saw the Golden Mountain, enjoyed the hot springs, and had a barbecue—every aspect of the experience was truly exceptional. The owner was also very generous and friendly, even upgrading our room. He didn't force us to leave a positive review; it was all genuine feedback based on our experience. The barbecue was priced at the normal price, and it was fun to grill your own. The hot springs are truly amazing! You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and construction of this B&B. Each pool is filled with wild charm. I love this kind of natural-looking hot spring pool, not the rigid, rigid ones. The pools at this B&B are covered in wildflowers and wild strawberries. A rushing river flows nearby. The Golden Mountain is in front of us, and wild birds occasionally perch in the trees near the pools. I'll never forget this scene. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in winter. I'd love to come back and experience it again when there's a heavy snowfall."

"My friends and I were on a road trip through western Sichuan, booking hotels wherever we happened to be – very spontaneous, no advance reservations. This hotel, I think it was more like a guesthouse, was very beautiful. The only problem was the light at the entrance was broken; we searched for ages before finally calling and finding it right in front of us. Inside, the environment was lovely, and the room design was unique. The only downside was the bathtub didn't turn on the water. I was hoping to relax with a bath, but the electric blanket was so comfortable, and it was already turned on when we entered the room – it was nice and warm. Although there was no air conditioning, there was heating. The service was excellent, and the room was very clean. The hotel also had hot pot, which we ate there – delicious and inexpensive."

From the very beginning of booking, I felt the exceptional care and attention. The manager contacted me in advance, inquiring about my itinerary and needs, and even sent a meticulously compiled guide to nearby attractions. Upon arrival in the evening, the staff were already waiting for us in the parking lot, proactively helping with our luggage—this warmth instantly washed away the fatigue of our journey. Our standard room was simply yet sophisticatedly designed. Waking up in the morning felt like sleeping in a natural painting. The bedding was as comfortable as a five-star hotel, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the hot water came on quickly—these details showed genuine care. The most surprising aspect was the guesthouse's common areas. Children were having a blast playing on the small lawn in the courtyard. The most stunning feature was the balcony; watching the sunset paint the sky orange-red made me feel that life was truly worthwhile. The recommended meals also exceeded my expectations. The customized dinner, priced at 128 yuan per person, featured ingredients mostly grown by the guesthouse itself or sourced locally. The free-range chicken soup was so delicious that I can't forget it. When we checked out the next day, they reminded us not to forget our belongings. What touched us most about this guesthouse wasn't its luxurious facilities, but the feeling of being treated with kindness. Every staff member had a smile on their face, remembered the guests' surnames, and provided just the right amount of service without being intrusive."
