Langfang Hotels with Kitchens

"We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests."

"The newly opened hotel is located very close to the cancer hospital. It faces the street and is easy to access. It has a spacious parking lot and parking is also convenient. The hotel is very clean and the service is very friendly. The beautiful lady who welcomes you is warm and friendly. Stepping on the soft new carpet, you enter the clean and sunny room, put on silk pajamas, lie on the white bed and enjoy the sun bath. There is a separate bathroom for wet and dry areas. Warm and warm, with floor heating and hot water, it feels like returning to your own home."

The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The landlord’s service attitude was very good. All questions were answered patiently. The bed is very comfortable, a soft bed and a hard bed are reasonably matched, there is a instant noodles drink in the room in the early morning, it is awesome, the two-bedroom and one-living room is large and the disposable supplies are complete and cost-effective, and it is recommended to live!"
