The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Being on a main thoroughfare, it was noisy especially during the night.

The inn's parking lot has motorbikes and cars, which I think is easy to park motorbikes, if you have a car you have to be patient because it's at a big road intersection. The receptionist is reliable, there is also a sofa in front of the receptionist so you can wait for check-in or check-out time. There is also a refrigerator for drinks sold such as mineral water, milk, fruit drinks, coffee, and more. We got a room downstairs, right in the corner. The room is nice, modern. Complete facilities include welcome drinks, coffee drinks, tea sachets, sugar, along with a kettle heater. LED TV with Netflix. The bathroom has a sink, hot water, two towels, a set of toiletries, a gargling glass, the built-in shower is okay, it can be regular water, warm or hot, there is also an ablution tap with warm water. The bedside lamps are all on. Maybe the inn is not suitable for those who want to sleep and need peace because the location is right at the intersection, so at night you can hear the sound of motorbikes racing. The road atmosphere was calm for a few hours, then noisy again with the sound of motorbikes. That's my only drawback. The staff are friendly and kind, understand the booking system at this inn. Located a 10-minute walk from the center, nice room. The sink is too small, and on the second day there was no hot water for the shower (perhaps a small glitch). Express laundry service OK.

A great place in Malang. Clean, new, and with a great rooftop terrace!

The guest house is still new, clean and all the rooms smell good. I really feel at home in the room but the downside is that it is on the side of the road and it is difficult to park the car. The rooms are not airtight so cars, motorbikes and the sound of ambulances can be heard very loudly in my room 308. The room next door I was noisy like moving the mattress because of the collision with the wall of my room. And it was disturbed again in the morning at around 06.30 around the Pesona Guest House there was the sound of dangdutan music which was so loud. So in conclusion the rooms and facilities were very good but the noise outside made me Can't sleep... and thanks for bringing BF Maryam bread and hot tea. Maybe in the future we can provide some kind of silencer so that guests who want to rest after being tired all day can rest without the noise from outside. Thank you Pesona Guest House🙏
