Great experience! We had a great time staying at the hotel. There are different onsen spots at the hotel. Food is pretty nice and delicate, kaiseki style. It’s farther from the Main Street but quieter and have a better view.

Nice hotel with spa, although facilities are a bit worn down. Recommended.

This hotel has been around for many many years so it’s a bit dated. Shops around the area closes by 3pm and there’s not much to do at night and not much options for dinner. Best to reserve dinner at the hotel before checking into hotel otherwise could end up eating cup noodles at the convenient store. Hotel will not be able to accommodate request for breakfast or dinner at their restaurant during check in, at least that was the case for us and we had to find our own food elsewhere.

Nice service with excellent hot spring

Staffs speak decent English. You should have no problem checking in. Nice staff. They provide shuttle bus between hotel and the bus station, all you have to do is ask the information centre to call the hotel for you and they will pick you up from the station. The private bath IS NOT hot spring tho. But the hot spring, especially the golden one, the outdoor ones are excellent. Great view great feel. The dinner is ok(not bad~and everything is fresh. We were just expecting more. I heard the dinner in your room would be even better but of course you’d also have to pay more) but the breakfast is really good. Again, not that the dinner is bad. Definitely worth the price. If you go to Arima Onsen, the hot spring in the hotel should be enough. Nice experience.

Good service and nice place

It is a good hotel! It is connected with phase 1 hotel and everything is good!

It takes about 10 minutes to get to the bus stop and the train station. You can call the hotel to arrange a car to pick you up. The hotel facilities, scenery and hot springs are great! I will go there again if I have the chance.

The service is very considerate and the hot spring is very comfortable. The hotel staff is also very friendly and patient in communicating even if you don't speak English well. The dinner was a little cold when it was delivered to the room.

Environment: It looks like a castle from the outside. The Japanese-style room with private bath is very spacious. It is close to Jintang and Business Street. One night and two meals, breakfast and dinner are served in the room. The service is very good. When you check in, someone will lead you into the room to introduce the hotel facilities and services. The table will be set ten minutes in advance if the dining time is confirmed. It is a birthday gift and a placemat with the word "longevity" is used to set the table. It is a sister hotel next door and you can take a bath in the outdoor hot spring pool through the corridor. There are many kinds of food. Most of the cold appetizers are seafood 🦞. Wagyu 🥩 is a little greasy. The overall feeling is very ceremonial. I bought local sake to celebrate and got an ice bucket. You can take a hot spring bath indoors at any time ♨️, which is very satisfying. The reservation is relatively temporary, so it is recommended to plan in advance.

The hotel is old style, but the overall condition is maintained in good condition. The room is large and can accommodate 6 people. There is also a massage chair. There are two indoor hot springs, one can accommodate 7-10 people, and the other 4-5 people feel crowded. You can also try the open-air bath. The hotel has three private baths, which cost ¥2,200 for 40 minutes. I didn’t have the chance to try them this time. Because I only booked a room, I didn’t have the opportunity to taste the hotel’s food.

The hotel has a shuttle bus connecting the hotel and Arima Hankyu Bus Station, which is very convenient. The room is very comfortable, with a beautiful view and a private bath. Breakfast and dinner are very rich and delicious.
