Good resort quiet place, staff help all time the best one the young lady in reception, professional and friendly

The hotel has seen better days. It’s a large resort close to Haad Rin (about 10 minutes by taxi) with a small beach. The breakfast was fine, although the long queue for coffee and the overcooked scrambled eggs were disappointing. The staff are friendly, but there is no one on site after 11pm. On our last night there was a party in one of the apartments. There were no staff available to ask them to turn the music down so I had to do it myself. The rooms are nice and clean, although the shower can take as long as 20 minutes to run hot water. Overall our experience was fine but I wouldn’t stay again.

Good hotel, the beach near the hotel is not very good for swimming, the bottom is bad.

All in all, it was pretty good. We were just unlucky that it was low tide and there was no water for swimming. But the pool made up for it. Everyone was very friendly and room service came every day and left water and a night greeting. Breakfast was a delight, nothing was missing. A good and clean facility by Thai standards.

Everything is very good. The service staff is good, polite, the breakfast is very good, the room is beautiful and clean, the attendants are beautiful, clean, natural, very nice to live in, close to Haad Rin. Went on my birthday and the staff at the restaurant made pancakes for me to bake. Returning to the room, there was a happy birthday bed arranged. Very well managed. Will definitely come visit again.

The location is fine and on a quiet section with a private beach. There are many activities (badminton, volleyball, kayaking, gym,…) and the facility is clean. The rooms are large, spacious and clean. Everything designed with great attention to detail. However, there is not that much nearby, for example 1km to the nearest BigC and 2km to the night market. However, it is perfect for rest and relaxation. The staff is super nice and very hard working. The breakfast was the best in all of Thailand.

There were no cons, we singled out for ourselves only the good from this trip! The staff is very polite and friendly, they always advise where to go and where it is cheaper and tastier to eat, from 7 am to 11 pm they are ready to help with any request. There was a moment when a large insect got into our room and we wrote at almost 12 at night to remove it, they answered us almost immediately and came to the room to remove it, despite the fact that their shift had already ended. We have only good impressions and we will definitely come back, recommend to friends and will be happy to advertise for this hotel in our social networks :)

The weather didn't help (lots of rain) but it was the worst experience so far in Thailand. The staff was unprofessional, staring at us, not very friendly. This part of Koh Phangan is not nice, the beach is very dirty, there is absolutely nothing around the hotel. The pool is ok and appearance of the hotel looks good but they dont propose anything besides massage, no kayak, no padel. Before leaving, they told us to wait so the cleaning staff could check if we forgot something.... when they were just in fact checking if we broke anything or steal something.... they asked us if we took umbrellas and laundry bags because they could not find it! I told them it was unacceptable to threat guests like that, I had to go myself in the room to look for the items, that I have found!!! never again in this place.

We loved it - the best place we’ve stayed in Thailand! Our room was great, very clean and comfortable with lots of storage space for our belongings, mosquito net over the bed was a nice touch but mosquitos were not actually a problem compared to most other places we’ve stayed in Thailand! Big bathroom with a good indoor and outdoor shower. The drinks in the fridge are included (fruit and a small brownie slice were also left - very nice) and 4 bottles of water are provided daily. All hotel staff were so friendly / helpful. We loved the hotel pool and restaurant. The pool and restaurant are right on the beach / sea and have an amazing sunset view every evening. We got on well with the restaurant staff, the men serving at the bar were so attentive, happy and helped teach us some Thai language - we had a good laugh with them! The hotel dogs (4 beagles) are also very cute! Great value for money, no complaints at all - 100% recommend.

Has been spend a very good time as our honeymoon trip , the room was very nice and tidy, staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful , breakfast was amezing and also staff was very gentle and friendly, overall we get a great experience with the resort and will back soon :)

One of the best hotels we have stayed in Thailand. We landed too late and there was already no boat to Koh Phangan (last boat leaves at 16.30) so we had to check in one day later and even if that was our fault not being able to get to the island , the lady in reception told us they have upgraded our room for Deluxe for free. So that was lovely surprise and it just kept carry on. The room had a bath on balcony , another bath and shower . All clean and very comfortable ! The restaurant area is just stunning ! The best sea view and the most romantic sunsets from here and I’m not even talking about the food - just amazing and tasty. The staff were speaking very good English and were more than helpful. This place is just perfect and I couldn’t fault it in any way !
