It was my second time to stay at this property. This time I was in the main building and it was actually really nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very peaceful. I enjoyed the breakfast which was included. Thank you.

Probably the best swimming spot on Chaweng beach, lovely restaurant on the beach front or actually on the beach if you want for breakfast or dinner, happy hour cocktails all day!

Perfect location, close to everything. The rooms are away from the street, quiet in the night. Restaurant right beside the beach, so much to do or just chilling up to you. Good service.

Great value for money. Beautiful central location . Nice breakfast on the beach . Nice room size - could be cleaner .

Good Hotel. You can say value for money . But as construction work ongoing there was many people that hampered privacy. Also so many mosquitoes. Still good deal based on the money.

Right on the beach. Luxurious in that sense. Right on the party street – extremely convenient. And practically quiet. But only after I replaced the ancient bungalow with the updated 123!! for 400 baht!! Yes, they don't list that price for a bungalow. They just made it up, for the convenience. Because the first bungalow, 117, was trash behind the wall: some kind of storage room with toilets and other junk, including constant screaming, banging, creaking, and clanking. My wife was constantly shaking in fear in her sleep.)) I had to pay extra to avoid arguing (even though I love that) and not having to hear in response that all the rooms were occupied.) The shower is worn out. And only an overhead one, without a hose, if anyone cares. The toilet shower is terrible; it can rip, we didn't use it.)) Be careful.))) Overall, we're happy with everything.

Very good location next to the ocean in the center of the whole party, delicious buffet breakfasts in the restaurant on the shore with a view of the ocean. The rooms are a little outdated in the main building, but still clean and decent enough, there are umbrellas and other necessary things. There is one minus, compared to many other hotels on Samui, there is almost no wi-fi, or rather it is very bad that you can’t work on the balcony. But in the restaurant the Internet is much better. Well, there is no such understanding as current cleaning, but if you ask, they will bring everything you need and change the towels.

Be sure to book the renovated one! Since it was my first night, I settled for a one-night stay. The hotel is close to the beach, but be sure to book the new building.

It was already past 8pm when we arrived in Samui that day, so we decided to book a cheaper hotel for the night. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people, but the only thing we couldn't stand was the shower room. The water from the shower head was scattering everywhere 🤣 and not many jets of water could reach our bodies. The temperature was also fluctuating. We just took a quick shower and couldn't wash our hair 😂
