Not that good hotel

Horrible hotel. My suggestion is never to book this hotel when you travel with your family.

Service staff very friendly and helpful. Very central location. Hot water 24 hours a day. Poor ventilation in rooms without windows (upgrade was suggested at check-in for an additional charge). All in all, recommended for the price and for a short stay (we were there for 3 nights). For a longer stay, we would rather pay more for better facilities.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, but on the first night I had abdominal pain and watery diarrhea, probably due to an infection. The hotel staff is very good, but rent is very high, no proper cleaning, when we booked the hotel they show Double bed plus single bed for three persons but they refused to give single bed

Property was very small without windows and proper ventilation. Room was filled with smell of cigarette. The good thing was complementary breakfast. Overall it was an average property.

My stay at the park victoria hotel was an unforgettable experience, a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. It was a home away from home, where every need was anticipated and every desire fulfilled. Staff was also very good.

The rooms were not clean at all. We reached and asked to clean the room and change the bed sheets. It was a horrible experience and we immediately change it in the early morning as we had checked in late night.
