Very satisfied with a trip, the service of the 181 butler was attentive and thoughtful. I brought two children. She also specially prepared two cups of hot milk and sent yogurt and fruit. The room was clean and tidy. The first time I saw all the bath towels, the towels were sealed after disinfection. Even the TV remote control is sealed, sincerely recommend.

The room facilities are quite satisfactory, the bathroom is small, and the air conditioner is noisy. After all, it is an old hotel. Fortunately, the price is not expensive and it is acceptable. The service is a plus. The lady at the front desk, Wang Jie, is warm and friendly. She informed the precautions and arranged a quiet room. The service was considerate.

I occasionally have the opportunity to travel to Korla City on business. My friend recommended me to book a room at Loulan Hotel. The experience was great! The lobby is spacious and bright, showing the Loulan culture. The dishes are exquisite, the breakfast is rich, the rooms are clean and warm, and it is adjacent to the central square. It is a century-old hotel and deserves its reputation! The long Silk Road and the long Loulan love!

The facilities are average, and the soundproofing of the rooms is actually pretty good. However, perhaps due to the small number of guests, there were construction-like sounds near night. After complaints, it was improved. The hygiene is average, maybe the wind is strong, and the window glass seems to have not been wiped for a while.

GGuest UserI booked a 4th floor room and it was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom sink and shower area. Several pieces of floor tile are loose and the toilet has a strong sewage smell. After one awful night, I upgraded to a renovated room on the 3rd floor. Still not clean and hair and stain all over but at least there is no smell. The location is good and there are lots of restaurants around and the owner is nice and helpful.
