剛來酒店給安排的小房間，有異味，換了個稍微大一點的房間也很小（衹能擺下一張床和基礎的過道），大床是兩個床墊拼一起，中間有條縫體驗感賊差。酒店前台業務能力差，平台上説四點退房，前台説兩點退，超時要給106超時費，説給個好評就不收超時費了。找她好好説，兩個前台態度也不好。説那就照常扣費我們投訴就行了，並且讓她給經理打電話，多温柔的語氣吶，打完就不收超時費了。對我們的態度還是不太好，我們要經理的電話，她態度立馬軟了並説：“我錯了，行嗎。”這就是這個酒店前台的服務態度和工作能力嗎？（就事論事！！！不論服務態度還是環境不推薦。）

所謂的大床房是兩個一米的床合併的！走進走廊就有一股味。房間裏煙味🚬特別大！就像旅店差不多的感覺。服務員還説別的地方大床都是1.8她們的2米 😭

設施：很新的酒店，設備很完善，就是門鏈裝反了哦～
衞生：很乾凈，被褥也很舒服！
環境：離哪都挺近，附近吃喝很多！
服務：前台小姐姐特別好，中途因為車壞了取消了一次也幫我們確認了，後續又重新定了～都幫我們解決了！非常推薦！

這次出遊新疆找的酒店全是新開或經營一年多，硬件都不錯，衞生不錯，比我們自已城市的酒店都便宜很多，全都一百多住四、五星的酒店，而且服務員都是滿臉笑容，服務態度相當好！！非常純樸。為新疆的旅遊業點贊。
