A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Kuala Lumpur I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was nice, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for our stay. The hotel offers valet parking for RM10, which was convenient, especially given the location right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. We had easy access to local attractions and the bustling city vibe. One of the highlights was the beautiful swimming pool, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the KL Tower. It was such a relaxing spot to unwind. The amenities were top-notch, and we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a slice of cake from the hotel to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The only downside was that, at night, we could hear some noise from the nearby bar, but it wasn’t too disruptive for us. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

The Ruma KL exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel boasts fantastic facilities, including a stunning rooftop pool with breathtaking city views. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. I am most likely to enjoy staying in this room. Breakfast at Atas spread was diverse and delicious, offering a variety of both local and international options. The quality of the food was excellent, and the service was impeccable. The staff at The Ruma KL were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Their service was top-notch, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at ruma KL and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

The cotton bud in the drawer is not refilled. The water from the tap in the bath tub is not clean , the colour is so weird even I ran the water twice. So I run the water in the basin and tub for your reference.

The bed was unbelievably comfortable, offering one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in ages. Coupled with the stunning view of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline, it was truly a luxurious experience. The gym at EQ is world-class and a haven for fitness enthusiasts. It’s fully equipped with the latest Technogym equipment, catering to all types of workouts, whether cardio, strength, or functional training. The space is spotless, well-maintained, and an absolute pleasure to use. The breakfast buffet is a feast for the senses, with a wide range of delicious choices to suit all palates. From freshly baked pastries to flavorful local delicacies and international favorites, every dish was impeccably prepared. The quality and variety were simply outstanding. Overall, EQ Hotel stands out for its combination of luxurious facilities, delicious food, and exceptional service. The friendly and professional staff, especially the bellboys, add a personal touch that makes the experience even more memorable. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, EQ Hotel is the perfect choice in Kuala Lumpur. I can’t wait to return!

Was very excited when i booked this hotel, afterall it is Banyan Tree that we are talking about, and most importantly, it did not come cheap, so we thought the service would be exceptional. When we first arrived, the friendly porters helped us with our bags, as the front desk was up at the 53rd floor. The front desk guy who served us was very friendly as well. When we asked for a non-corner room, he told us it was not a corner room. But when we went up, it was a corner room. Upon entering the room, there was a very strong smell that lingered in the room and smelled like a room that was cleaned using a dirty mop. After calling the operator to inform about the situation, they did not come right away even after saying they would (this is my first encounter because usually other hotels have the practice of turning up right away when i called). We waited for a long time before we called again. But we had to wait again and decided to leave to inform the front desk of this situation before we went out for our activities. On the night itself, we requested for 2 extra pillows. The staff did not come even after 15-20 mins and so we had to call again and again (even though they said they would). The next morning, we had their breakfast. It was pleasant, but i would say the selections were not that widespread. However, the staff in the restarant were very proactive and friendly. Requested for late check out but the to 12.30pm. All in all, the waiting time for housekeeping was very slow. Sad to say, this hotel did not leave me a very good impression, and rather average, given the price we paid.

Room’s lights not bright enough, sound proof was bad can heard people was talking outside the room, toilet floor a lot of water mark and bedsheet a lot of stamped and blanket dirty as shown in the photo not sure whether wash or change before so disgusting. Parking lot also limited and the cargo lift from the car park to the lobby was smelly. Other than that overall are fine hope the cleanliness can be improve.

It has a wonderful location where nearby KLCC, with a good view of KL tower & Twin Towers (roof swimming pool). The housekeeping is outstanding, but the room design is weird, such as the socket is located at the end of bed - that when you charge your phone, you need to go to the end of your bed to do it (it has totally no socket at the bed side table area for guest to use.) Second is, the hot water issue, we have asked the Front Desk agent twice to fix the hot water (no hot water supply) at the master bed room, which still no hot water after it. Shared the no hot water issue with the Concierge, their engineering fixed on that day, but the hot water supply become very weak on day after… During the stay, they have a power outage as well; the lobby was full of guests (which they are not able to go up by elevator as power was out). Their Front Desk staff just standing there at the lobby without any proactive explanation, no signage or any notice to the guests that elevator is out of service/ the building is power outage. When questioned the black suits, the male black suits responded that no power now and no idea when will they able to fix the situation. After around 40mins, the fire department came and rescue the people trapped in the lift and power resume around an hour later. Btw, the bar - deep blue in its sister hotel next door is extremely good; their waiters have amazing service skill and proactively helping the guests to take photo and introduce the view of their bar. When the waiter in deep blue knows that I was not able to go back to the guest room during the next building power outage, he arranged me a KL Tower view seat and offered assistance that if I have any trouble, he could assist me to room move to the Face Hotel (the hotel where Deep Blue located) which is the best hospitality I received in this trip.

I am so happy sharing my experience booking a hotel here in trip.com in my last quick trip to Kuala Lumpur with my good friend. We book SCARLETZ SUITS at Jalan Kwan Seng KL, the hotel is so nice and clean and we got the city view from 23rd floor. We just book for 1 day but it’s like we Dont want to check out anymore. You feel like home, coz the things you need to stay is already there. They have kitchenette..the toilet is amazingly clean and smell good!💕we love the view, the bed and everything! Surely we will book again longer for the next time!thank you trip.com for good deal you provide for your higher tier customers, it’s serves as an appreciation for patronising your service!❤️❤️❤️

The boss is very enthusiastic and can speak Chinese. Check-in and check-out are very smooth. The room is clean and tidy, and you can cook. You can see the Kuala Lumpur Tower from the room, and the lights are very beautiful at night. The surrounding area is quite convenient, and you can walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur Tower, National Mosque, Merdeka Square, and Pavilion Shopping Center. There is a swimming pool on the third floor of the apartment, where you can swim. It costs 20RM for adults and 10RM for children.

Room with High floor nice view. Washing machine,Water dispenser, fridge are provided. Like my shower time, good water pressure. No toothbrush, toothpaste, provided. Room with blind curtain, so bright in the morning can't sleep well. No place to hang ur changing clothes or towels in bathroom. Most terrible experience is the lift. 4 serving lift but seem like only 1 or 2 is moving. waiting time is too long. Pls check out early to avoid the crowd. Lift fully loaded but almost open floor by floor delayed the checked out.
