Best Business Hotels in Kuala Lumpur

Carpark is confusing with multiple entrance but accessible to the malls. Hotel carpark is located at the end of the building. A warm cookie during check in was a sweet touch. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Even though location to KLCC is a bit further. You can easily drive or grab from the hotel. It’s just above the intermark mall with a good number of restaurants and shops/supermarkets Breakfast spread is at its best. A wide variety of food to choose from.

My room, on 13th floor, do not come with a chair and writing table.no need executive table and swivel chair, just a decent one will do. Shower, water heater needs to check. Hot water flow is a problem, hot for awhile then cold again and vice versa. Anyway, it’s a good hotel

Hotel stay was great as room was clean and view from the window is excellent. The hotel is near to city centre and train station is reachable within walking distance. The hotel is recently refurbished and has a modern interior, the spacious and bright room makes the stay enjoyable. The stay was above expectations with the fragrantful shower gel and hand soap being the cherry on top of the cake. With that, the buffet breakfast may be quite ordinary and can see improvements.

We enjoy our stay here at Grand Millennium Hotel as the service is great and the staffs are helpful especially the one on the front desk named Ilham. I appreciate his kindness. As we check in quite late at about 4.30pm , but our room is still not ready so the manager decided to upgraded our room to the classic one. We appreciate the gesture. Thank you Grand Millenium for the excellent service. Hope to come here again.

Great location and breakfast, staff are friendly and helpful but not for staff name Rudy. She supposed to not sound her colleagues in front of guests. The situation is which i have asked her help to print some documents and i do asked how much is the fee to the another staff. However, another staff ( forget the name) saying that no need to pay but the staff name Rudy in front of me saying to her colleague next time need to charge for the printing service which i clearly i can heard it. Such as rude staff.

Location: In front of mall (sunway putra mall), easy access to mall, train. Reception: during peak hours they open many counters, so you don't have to wait long in queue. Room: spacious, clean and neat, love the pillow, well functioning aircond. Bathroom & toilet: clean and neat, bathtub not functioning well, shower room (water heater not function too).

By choosing to stay at this hotel, I made the right decision. Excellent amenities, tasty meal, courteous service, and a very comfy accommodation. I think this is a really good choice. Additionally, I'm hoping that the intern girl working at the check-in counter will be able to do better work, particularly when it comes to giving information. She is courteous and kind, but in order to advance, she needs to provide more details. I hope she succeeds in all of her future undertakings.

Nice stay, really3 good for solo traveller because its just behind the MRT, from airport i just use KLIA express then change to red lane to come to this place. save my time, the check in guy boleh la. but ok la. its good stay, but i heran why this place label as a 4 star hotel pn google. its just a nice place to stay probably in 3 star. No 1 - i didnt expect they come in to do make up room when i didnt label any at my door??? im so scared you know. but other wise i like that they change my towels to new one lol. No 2 - the toilet isnt that clean, its still had a slight strangers pop on the bowl. lol. and also the bathroom also had some black stains. other wise i wpuld recomended to others staying here. suggest people to stay here
