Stayed with my friends family. When we arrived KL from Singapore, we tried to checked in earlier as we arrived earlier than expected. To our surprise, not just our rooms were ready, they also upgraded our rooms. As we were here to celebrate 2 birthdays, both rooms were decorated with a birthday balloons and we even received a cake from the hotel. Staffs here from the front desk to the room service to the breakfast buffet were super friendly very accommodating to our requests. Special mention to the front desk crew Ummi & others 2 ladies (sorry i can’t remember the rest 😅) and the staff at the breakfast buffet staffs, Syaffik & Gladys who has been very proactive in making sure our family is well taken care of every morning since we arrived on Friday. You guys made this trip very memorable for us especially for our grandma. She gives high praises to the service provided from this hotel and wants to stay here again in the future.

Situated in the heart of Bukit Bintang, Right opposite sungei wang, the location was great, room felt really homely and premium, overall the place was great and amazing, we were even provided with laundry pods to help wash our clothes, best part is, we had tv’s in the living room and bedrooms with casting available for apple products, really an amazing overlooked feature. Overall, the best service apartment i’ve stayed that, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, overall 10/10

Thank you Jojo, Faizal for an excellent stay as usual. Toilet area had a sewage smell. HK put a machine in my room. Helped a short while but smell came back when machine turned off on it’s own.

Great location and spacious room. Loved the rainshower and pressure was strong. Check-in service was ok with a friendly staff member but took a very long time as he was on his own and another guest had an issue that took a long time to deal with until a manager arrived. By the time reception could attend to me and check me in, I had already been waiting for almost 20 mins. Otherwise, great service when i was finally attended to and all other service requests attended to promptly. Will return.

Reception was understaffed but the service itself was excellent.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Booked the 2 bedroom suite and it is perfect for families with kids. Checking in was ok as i find their receptionist was not friendly and quite cold no smile or hello. The one serving us was a guy called Danny. No smile whatsoever. Hotel is just beside parkroyal hotel as they are the same brand. Parkroyal has no suite and it is a hotel whereas pan pacific is a service apartment and has bigger rooms and suites for bigger group of people. Room has a kitchenette and washing machine with dryer. Our suite was very spacious for a group of 5 with a toddler as its got 2 bedroom with one queen bed and another room with ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Living room is also spacious with a sofa for a single person sleeping. Breakfast has limited options but otherwise great Pool is nice and clean Location is convenient as we are located in the city centre 10mins walk to pavillion, lot 10, sungei wang and berjaya times square

Good services and staff are friendly and helpful. Bed is a bit small and there was some dust in the window bay. Hotel hoisted an NY Eve’s party on the lounge floor where you could see fireworks!
