Had a great stay here! The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, with a nice overall environment. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back again. Highly recommended!

The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located. A deposit was required for check-in, which could be paid via Alipay. They said the refund would take 3-5 months, but it was actually returned the next day. There are two LRT lines nearby; the red line goes to Merdeka Square, and the green line goes to Bukit Bintang. Taxis are also an option. It's only about a 10-15 minute walk to the Petronas Towers. The surrounding area is residential, with local food and night markets. The rooftop pool and gym are free to use. The room was a bit damp, and the bedding cleanliness was just average, but overall I was quite satisfied.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and housekeeping to the smooth check-in and check-out process. The location is fantastic and perfect for a relaxing staycation. It’s a great place for both kids and adults to enjoy. The kids have plenty to keep them entertained, while adults can truly unwind, relax, and enjoy some quality time away from the usual routine. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

Good experience in kuala Lumpur , but this poace not near to any place for food or something can you need it in your holiday every time you need to take grab to go search for what you need in other place . And the service at the reception not good at all
