Definitely wil go back to this ! Rooms are the same as shown in picture , clean & nice view . the only thing is the apartment is too crowded , full of tourist , have to wait for lift for more than 10mins ! Walking distance to twin tower , area are safe & easy to find eateries around .

Really great roof top pool. The apartment rooms are modern and clean but there’s no room service.

The lobby smells so good, front desk staff is very polite and helpful, easy check in and easy check out. The gym is located on the top floor so youcan actually view the whole city while training. Super recommendedz

Comfortable and cozy. The bath tub and bed very comfortable.

I am so happy sharing my experience booking a hotel here in trip.com in my last quick trip to Kuala Lumpur with my good friend. We book SCARLETZ SUITS at Jalan Kwan Seng KL, the hotel is so nice and clean and we got the city view from 23rd floor. We just book for 1 day but it’s like we Dont want to check out anymore. You feel like home, coz the things you need to stay is already there. They have kitchenette..the toilet is amazingly clean and smell good!💕we love the view, the bed and everything! Surely we will book again longer for the next time!thank you trip.com for good deal you provide for your higher tier customers, it’s serves as an appreciation for patronising your service!❤️❤️❤️

Very nice hotel and facilities very good except need to wait for the lift.. Clean room and really love the environment near klcc.. Really enjoyed for my short trip with families.. Parking need to pay rm5 but ok for me since i just walk to get for the food... Will come back to this hotel definitely!!!

I wanted to try this suite long time ago, and last night finally got the chance to stay organised by mana mana. Reception are super friendly and helpful. Even through she just starter to having her late lunch, she also help me to solve my check in 1st. I’m really grateful to met such a great staff. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 There’s got some shortcoming about the bed sheet and aircon. I can’t even take a good rest during night. Because of the aircon very noisy. Management may have a check of that. Overall are super satisfied for my stay. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Mana-mana staff was not empathetic at all! I called to inform them that I will be checking in very late and asked for a late check out. I reached at 6.30am on the day we were checking out. She told me there are costs incurred and insisted I paid immediately. I told her I would make payment upon check out as I was extremely tired after a long drive. Ridiculous. So disappointing!

Fantastic location. Sizeable room with basic amenities. Value for money. But waiting time of the lift is a little long during peak hours.

Overall enjoyable stay, located near the central area and many mall are within a walking distance. The hotel lobby needs a little more organisation when it comes to receiving guest and it would be good to provide hand soap in the washroom.
