Nice place but please check and make sure all your stuff functioning well. Tv not connected to wifi. Aircond not cold at all. Luckily my business trip this time took only for 1 day. Im sweating whole night you know🥲

Great location, a lot amenities nearby, 7-E, 99 speed mart within walking distance. Famous chow kit local foods also nearby and within walking distance. The homestay do provide free parking. The room is very spacious and nice interior. Can see kl tower and 118 from window. However, there’s a lil bit of downside from this stay. We found shoe mark when entering the room, reported to the management team, they are responsive, quickly apologise for inconvenience caused but no further action taken (eg clean the shoes mark). Also there’s gross smell in the room, suspect overnight food waste not trashed and managed properly thus cause the odour. We also found small cockroaches running around kitchen and toilet areas, we reflected to the management team and they promised to send bug spray the next morning but the spray was only delivered in the afternoon. Kitchenette and washer provided, but no dryer. Overall, it’s a pleasant and acceptable stay, just that need to improve on those mentioned above.

This room was nightmare bcs Bed Bugs..!!!
The matress cover is so dirty, and after 1 hour
I feel Bed Bugs bites me all over my body.All night..
For 2 days, I cannot sleep at all.
Room looks very clean and nice.
But.. this hotel have so many Bed Bugs.
The first time I experience Bed Bugs for the las 4 years South Asia trip.
Becareful and find other hotels..please..T.T

The host will informed regarding the procedure to 7s through WhatsApp. A deposit is required (RM150) when check in.
The room is spacious and clean. Worth the price compared to the space offered. The elevator is a bit tricky as many visitors was using at the same time especially when checking out. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walkable distance.
