Love the details of staff as we booked for celebration. 🎉
(1) Check-In: There was a long line but managed to check in easily. Lobby is abit small for the crowd, best to check in early. The room was ready fast due to the selection of room.
(2) Unique: Booked the Reading Loft which was unique and fun tbh. It was hang-out/hotel apt place. Looks cute in pictures and aesthetics!
(3) Cleanliness: This was difficult as the hotel is bare cement theme, which means that it is difficult to maintain. There were stains on ceiling and wall but it was still okay.
(4) Noise: The walls are thin, with the loft we can hear if the top level are going up/down.
(5) Mosquitoes: quite annoying at first but it gets better after awhile.
All in all, its a unique hotel that you can try 🎉

Hotel design is minimalistic and pretty, however there were lots of ants at the bathtub area (common to see dead ants floating when you're soaking in the bathtub). Hotel provides breakfast, taste wise is mediocre. Location is fine and near to The Exchange TRX mall, but seems like some Grab drivers were not aware of the pick up point located below the hotel. Could put a sign up. Service at reception is generally good.

I would say location is very good as it’s literally in between of TRX and Bukit Bintang. Have even tried to walk to KLCC due to heavy jam noticed around (if don’t mind the distance is a lil far but still faster then you jam there)
BUT, still I’ll NEVER RETURN to this hotel. Rated 2/5 on the service due to the terrible sound proof!!! Apart from the constructions on going around the area, there is loud music coming from the restaurant nearby probably until midnight 2am!! We can’t really rest properly and you can also listen every single vehicles passing by the road, even dog barks and cat meow. Hence they really need to do something in their sound proofing tbh.

We love it here. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

Thanks for the warm hospitality from the girls at the frontdesks on the day we checked in & checked out. Both girls treated my family & I really well.. My daughter even gave a note to the “kakak kaunter” to say thanks. The room itself was comfortable and the size of the room is suitable if ure staying with family of two or three. Walking distance to local restaurant and this hotel is located near to TRX. Our room view also was TRX’s garden. Would come back again when in KL. Overall, our staycation in this hotel was really great!

A pleasant and relaxing stay. Room is spacious, toilet drainage needs to be improved.
Hotel guest have to pay RM20 for 2entries to use the carpark.

Stayed here for the 3rd time as it is walking distance to my office, as well as the TRX mall and also an MRT station. Easy to find dining place and food delivery is also offered with many choices in the area. Maybe the hotel could provide a kiblat (prayer direction) in the room as well and that would be much appreciated.
