Extremely good and Central location Very close to KLCC, Mall, convenience stores, 7/12 and restaurants Good Spacious Service Apartments with all amenities - big TV, Ac's throughout the apartment, queen beds, etc Only negative part is that they do not have a receptionist with lobby which is actually not a too bad Go for it

This building is huge. Our apartment smells like cigarettes and we had to leave the windows open. Check in and check out process is quite a hassle. Luckily we were only there for 1 night. Amazing views from 60th floor and it’s not not near TRX by foot. For the price of it, it’s ok to stay in the city.

Asked for towels, but they said it's not office hour. it's hard to reach for the receptionist. I had to wait so long to check out.

Everything was good 👍🏻 Nice view. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and fast response. Only that the smell from the toilet drain was very bad. Hope you can settle with the building maintenance.

The officer will contact you through WhatsApp before your arrival. Should keep in touch with them to enjoy better service. Don’t go to the wrong lobby (Lobby C2, behind BLK B)

Five star service provided by the Front Desk with efficient check-in & check-out process. Amazing view with Twin tower & KL tower from our living & 60th floor Sly deck. High standard facilities such as gym facilities & conference room. Don't miss the Game room’s Snooker with very classic pool table imported from London. 5 mins walking distance to TRX is a plus point. Highly recommended for those wishing to to enjoy their shopping & night life at Bukit Bintang.

Overall okay, just the toilet smelly, walking around 15min to Pavilion

1st: Been waiting the guy to bring office so long, check-in late, at least 3pm, wasted time!!! 2nd: Room and towels really dirty, like no one stay for long times. We have to clean the room and wash the towels to use ! 3rd: Hard to find parking Only good point is Nice view So Bad, never come here again!

Perfectly located near the TRX MRT station and within walking distance to Bukit Bintang, Pavilion, and other attractions. Since these are apartment units, it's important to contact the host a day in advance to ensure a smooth check-in. The check-in process may take some time as the management office is located in a different block. The unit is fully furnished and well equipped with everything we needed. The amenities are impressive, especially the aqua gym in the pool. Also, the small garden near the pool offers lovely view of the city at night. Excellent customer service throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed on level 51 and were treated to an incredible view—but our arrival experience was a bit rocky. Cars aren’t allowed into the development without prior registration, so we had to park and walk to the office to sign in (thankfully, staff guided us). Once registered, parking was free and hassle‑free: we received a dashboard pass, and security waved us right through each time. Unfortunately, our suite turned out to be the wrong one. We’d booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit but arrived to find only one bathroom. We called reception to request a switch, only to have staff arrive without a keycard and ask us to come downstairs—after waiting, we finally received the correct key, only to discover the new unit had the wrong bed setup (1 queen + 2 singles instead of 2 queens). Too worn out to pursue further, we accepted the mix‑up. The building’s lifts also proved frustrating: you must press each digit of your floor number separately, and if you’re too slow it interprets “51” as “5” and then “1,” dropping you at the wrong level. Aside from these hiccups, the apartment’s amenities were standard and reliable—bottled water and hotel‑style toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) were provided. Overall, our stay was okay, however, I wouldn’t book here again.

Pros:  1. Location is great. 2. Nice pool, gym room and garden Cons: 1. Room with terrible smoking smell when we checked in.  2. Sofa with burning holes. 3. Dusty furnitures and thick dust on fan blades. 4. Saw mouse running around in car park area.  5. Misleading information exiting from car park.  6. Contacted the pic assigned and property before checking in, no reply from pic at all. Called several times to property and a foreign worker picked up call, yet unable to help much. We have to park far from our block to office, to collect the keys as no clear information was given to guide us  at all.

The room is really nice and comfy. Just nice for 3pax. Location is great. However, the swimming pool was down and not open and the lift function is really bad
