Extremely rude and indifferent staff. Does not reply on time, does not respond to requests to deliver the amenities as stated on the site. Room if half the size claimed. No fridge or tea/coffee or sink. Wasted hours of my time, should be deplatformed. No body wash - as the site claims No Bathrobe - the site claims No slippers - as the site cliams No Conditioner - as the site claims No lounge Chair - as the site claims Towels like rubber Half the amenities claimed are not there Window does not close. Worst staff, on instructions from owner, I have encountered in the last 3 years of using this platform.

The price for a night is cheap. But the cleanliness is terrible, especially the bed sheet and pillow is dirty. I totally cannot enjoying a night to sleep.

Korang booked jer, kna contact dgn ejen. Ejen tu akan mtk korang sshot booking. Pastu dia tggu kat lobby. Dia akan bg kunci, n terangkan access card tu. Before that, dia akan mtk deposit rm200(by cash). Ak naik hari tu, bilik oke. Luas. Ckup utk 4-5 org. Siap ad mesin basuh n dapur. Cuma xda kuali@belanga. Toilet dia berbau.🥹 ak dapat tingkat 40, nice view 😍 sebelum cek out, klau bole awal. Sbb korang akan stuck kat lift utk trun klau nk check out jam 12. Tmpat startegik. Dekat dgn TS n BB.

I wasnt able to use my booking at all, no email contact from the host. This is not a hotel, its individual unit being rented for stay. Your room key is dependent on the host giving you instruction to receive which in our case. We didnt receive any. SGD200+ wasted, I just went to ParkRoyal and booked 400+ I had the best stay there. Photos are misleading that its a hotel. Get refund.

Location was fantastic, just mins away from Lot10 and Sungei Wang shopping Mall. The room wasnt well cleaned, empty water bottle was left on the table. Room was relatively small, not quite as shown in photos. Check in was 3pm onwards instead of 2pm as oppose to what was stated on trip.com. Check-in was messy, some they ask to just scan the QR code and fill in the form. Some they ask to wait for someone to attend to you. The building was full of tourist, lobby was always packed and there is always a line to queue for use of the lift.

1. Room not clean. There are stains on pillow case & sheet 2. Water cannot flow off in bathroom 3. Long queue for the lift 4. Check in procedures not clear 5. Pillow for single bed is flat Will not recommend this hotel, oh well, it's not even a hotel. It's a service residence managed by bunch of unprofessional people

I recently stayed at Avon Residence, and while there were some positives, my experience started off on a frustrating note. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay a security deposit, which was not mentioned on the website. While I understand the administration’s concerns, they refused to hand over the keys unless I paid it. This policy could easily be implemented at check-out instead. When I finally got to the room, it had an unpleasant smell. Although the staff cleaned it while I waited, this was inconvenient, especially as I was tired and hungry after my flight. On a positive note, the location of the infinity pool was amazing, and the view was absolutely stunning. I took some great photos, which made up for some of the earlier inconveniences. However, better communication and preparation would have made the stay much more enjoyable.

The worst experience ever, kindly advised to step away from this property, upon checked in, found out air conditioning is not working, call the in charge person, and he send someone without uniform to come check, and his checking method is by looking at the air conditioning without doing anything, just use remote to on off then go away. Same problem not cold at all, waited 30 minutes for him to send another person, same problem, he send someone without uniform again and by standing at there looking at the air conditioning without doing anything. I immediately request to change room and they don’t allow and I request for refund, then he replied this non refundable room, they return me my RM200 deposit and refuse and refund for the room, and shout to me report to trip.com, end up trip.com compensate me with RM100 credit. Everyone please take alert of the con job

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hygiene is unacceptable! The hygiene of this hotel is disgusting! The room was dirty and there were obvious stains on the sheets and bed sheets. It looked like they had not been cleaned at all. The bathroom was also dirty, the floor was slippery and smelled. I am extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and management of the hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It does not meet basic hygiene and service standards at all. I couldn't sleep after checking in because the hygiene conditions were so poor! Such an environment makes people feel unsafe at all. I strongly do not recommend this hotel! When the person in charge (Bangladesh employee) came and took all the information from us, he told us that he forgot to bring our room key and needed to go back to get it.
