Loc is great as it is link to the shopping mall (from L2 and 3). Room cleanliness excellent. Mattress and pillion Comfort level at its best. And Love the oil burner and diffuser stick in my room. But will be good if can provide more candles so I wont have to keep calling housekeeping to bring over. Food at Jade Pavilion was great. Went twice for dinner to try different dish, and almost every dishes I had ordered was GREAT! Only 2 things to note: The air conditioner in the room was great but it would suddenly change to 24 or 25 degree in the middle of the night (felt sudden heat and stuffy) that woke us up. And on 2nd day, the toilet paper was not replenish (leaving us only less than half a roll). Other than that, the stay was great.

An unexpectedly disappointing experience. I initially thought that a hotel with such a convenient location, never lacking guests, and managed by Banyan Tree, would have a standardized service system. I never expected to be so let down. First, during check-in, we were assigned a “connecting room,” meaning it had a door linked to the adjacent room. Although the other side of the door had no handle and couldn't be twisted open, it wasn't locked. Being next to the bed, as a woman, I was quite concerned about safety. I immediately went to the front desk to discuss changing rooms. The front desk staff dismissed us by saying, “All remaining room types are connecting rooms.” Even when we expressed feeling scared, they didn't offer an upgrade. We had no choice but to return to the room, where we didn't stay long, just used some cotton swabs, and then left. Upon returning from shopping in the evening, I found that the used cotton swabs had been replenished. Since the room had already been turned down for the night when we first arrived, and we hadn't requested any additional service, it was illogical for service staff to have entered again. This felt very strange and, upon closer thought, a bit chilling. In short, I wouldn't dare to stay here again.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful; they always assisted with luggage upon arrival and departure, and greeted me whenever we passed in the hallways. The room was very spacious, and the location couldn't be better – it's super convenient for shopping and dining at Pavilion. There's also an outdoor swimming pool and a gym on the top floor. Plus, there's a covered walkway to KLCC, so no worries about rain. However, on my last night, the people in the next room (I'm not sure what nationality they were) started having a party at midnight, talking loudly. I put up with it for about 40 minutes, but it showed no signs of stopping, so I called the front desk to intervene, and then it finally quieted down. P.S. The water quality in Malaysia is a bit poor, so I brought my own filtered shower head to use.

I stayed for two nights, and overall the experience was quite good. I chose this hotel primarily for its location, and it turned out to be exceptionally well-situated. Of course, staying at a hotel near the Petronas Twin Towers is also an option, but then it wouldn't be as convenient to take photos at the McDonald's. The elevator provides direct access to levels 2 and 3 of the Pavilion mall, making it very easy to go for the 'Fatty Crab' restaurant or do some shopping. It's just a five-minute walk to the popular intersection where you can snap pictures of McDonald's and the monorail. Walking to the Twin Towers takes about 15 minutes, and the entire route is indoors, so you don't have to worry about the sun. The room was standard but perfectly fine for a one or two-night stay. Breakfast was decent, mainly featuring Indian and Southeast Asian dishes. The front desk had staff who spoke Chinese, and they were quite friendly and helpful.

Love the studio except the cabinet could not close and the bathtub could not drain :( but service and everything else is great

I recently stayed at Craft Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur and found the hotel to be a comfortable choice, particularly for its excellent location. Being conveniently located near Pavilion Kuala Lumpur makes it easy to access shopping, dining, entertainment and other attractions in the Bukit Bintang area. For guests who want to explore central Kuala Lumpur, the location is certainly one of the hotel’s main strengths. The infinity pool is another highlight. It offers a great view of the surrounding city and provides a pleasant place to relax, especially in the evening. However, the pool itself is relatively small, so it may feel crowded when there are more guests using it. There are a few areas where the hotel could improve its maintenance and attention to detail. The toilet door in my room was misaligned and therefore difficult to close the door . I also noticed that some of the lift panels appeared loose and were not tightened properly and movable when we press the lift buttons. These may seem like minor issues, but they are noticeable and could be addressed relatively easily through regular maintenance inspections. One practical issue I encountered was returning to the hotel after watching a movie at night. As the shopping mall had already closed after 10pm, the usual indoor connection was no longer convenient. The route back to the hotel required walking outdoors, and unfortunately it was raining that evening. A sheltered or alternative after-hours access route would make a significant difference for guests returning late. Overall, Craft Pavilion Hotel has a very good location, attractive city views and a pleasant infinity pool. With some improvements to room maintenance, lift fittings and after-hours access arrangements, the overall guest experience could be further enhanced.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a large shopping mall downstairs and attractions just a 10-15 minute walk away. The staff are very attentive, and the breakfast is plentiful, even featuring freshly squeezed juices like apple, watermelon, and orange, ensuring a good dose of Vitamin C every day.

The mall is very close and convenient, and there are many dining options. The hotel staff are very friendly, and there are many places to explore nearby, all within walking distance, so you don't need to spend extra money on transportation.

We had a really enjoyable stay here and would definitely consider staying again. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We especially loved the big shower and the rain shower head. There was a universal power plug which made it really convenient. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel also has a decent sized gym and a nice infinity pool. The staff were attentive, friendly and willing to help. The hotel was clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is one of the biggest advantages. Being directly connected to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur makes shopping, dining and getting around incredibly convenient. It’s also close to the Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC Park and Jalan Alor Food Street, making it a great base for exploring Kuala Lumpur. The only minor downside was finding the hotel for the first time. Because Pavilion is such a huge shopping mall, it was a little confusing to navigate to the hotel, and some of the signs were quite small. The hotel elevators are also separate from the main mall elevators. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Great location, comfortable rooms, attentive staff and excellent facilities. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient base in Kuala Lumpur.

Epic location and good services overall. Really enjoyed breakfasts! The room is little bit untidy (dust, mold, stained carpet).

Directly connected to pavilion mall with plenty of dining and shopping options, within walking distance to imbi which also offers plenty of food choices. Always a top choice for accommodation in Kuala Lumpur

Direct access to Pavilion Mall. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. There was an iron and a free gym. Free breakfast + daily cleaning. No need to bring a travel adapter, as there are Chinese power outlets. The only downside was that the air conditioning was a bit cold. There's a mini-bar and a capsule coffee machine. The service was very friendly, and someone always helped press the elevator button when leaving. Regarding the deposit... it wasn't collected.

I first stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and was very impressed by the location and buffet breakfast. I stayed there again 2 weeks ago in a Courtyard Oasis room and was rather disappointed by my experience of the room. It smelled musty, and there were stains all over the carpet in the room and corridor, and the shower area had black mould. It detracted from the overall experience. That said, the service and breakfast were top notch.
