This is the 2nd time I checked in to Amari KL. First stay was May’24. It was all good so I returned to this hotel again. The hotel location is good, only good point.
I booked room with cheapest rate so the room is very small, with queen size mattress. The mattress is aged, soft at the middle.
The noise insulation is very bad. I can hear my next room guests are talking. They were so noisy especially every in and out the room, even in midnight. We were awake by them few times!
The room amenities were bad quality. The power socket is loosen so I have to keep adjusting the connectivity when using the hair dryer. The tower is aged, thin with torn corners. The in room shoes became pieces after 2 nights stay.

Had a wonderful experience at Amari! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing getaway.
However, their tv turned on automatically at 6am for 2 mornings which was not very pleasant. The tried to fix it but int he matter was shot resolved. If that happen to you I think you should just ask them to unplug the tv to avoid waking early.

We stayed at the Amari Kuala Lumpur for 3 nights in April 2025 as a family and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a lovely view of the city's tall skyscrapers. The location is very convenient, with a shopping mall within walking distance and several 7-Eleven stores nearby for daily essentials.
We got the room decor with a small cake on our anniversary which we appreciated.
One thoughtful touch we really appreciated was the provision of a free drinking water tap in the bathroom of every room, making it easy to refill bottles before heading out.
The absolute highlight of our stay was the breakfast – it was exceptional! From live cooking stations to a generous variety of Indian vegetarian options, everything was fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. The spread was so satisfying that it kept us full well into the day.
Overall, Amari Kuala Lumpur is a fantastic choice for families seeking comfort, great service, and amazing food. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel located next to The Garden Mall, just 5 min walk with link bridge to The Garden Mall and Mid Valley Megamall. The LRT station just next door which very convenient to go anywhere in KL.

We stayed for 6 nights but the service provided by the hotel was as not good and seems 3 star hotels. The bath towels were dirty and not in good condition. For room cleaning, they didn’t replace all amenities. Not recommend to stay.

The service provided not up to standard. We had to leave the hotel early morning at 6:30 and unable to enjoy the breakfast. We requested to have take away breakfast for 2 person ready for pick up at 6:30am. We requested two only though we had 10 as only the senior need the breakfast. However, when I went down the breakfast, they gave me the box to pack the food myself. It’s wasted my time and I had delayed for 10 mins for departure.
