Convenient public transport accessible most places via highways.
Hotel staffs are very friendly, fast check-in even during peak season.
Most importantly, hotel room is very comfortable and beautiful amenities. Suitable for families bringing kids to enjoy the pool and slide.

This is my second time staying at M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpur, and it continues to be my top choice when visiting KL with my family. The comfort, service, and overall experience make it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended for a relaxing and family-friendly stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay at M Resort Hotel!
Stayed here for our anniversary and loved it. The place is super clean, staff were really friendly, and the pool is huge! Feels very luxurious. Only small thing – not sure if the ball pool at the kids’ area gets sanitised, but it still looked fun and tidy. Would definitely come back!

First time stayed here with my partner. Maybe my expectations were too high. No one picked up the phone at night, tried up to 7times to call to get the bath mat cause they didn't prepare it in the room. Once informed the situation to their duty manager the next morning, the answer also dissatisfied us.

Hotel location quite difficult to find place to eat outside the hotel. Minus point here. Check in quite slow, probably because peak session. Open 4 counters but still slow for me. There is one person in front of me took almost 15mins, dont know whats the issue.
Free Parking, a bit far and buggy provided seems like always need to wait, not available always. Nearest parking is valet but charged RM30 per entry. So expensive.
Standard king room is just standard la. Got complimentary snack bar which is good. Room is clean but not so soundproof. I can hear next room when their tv is on, but probably because of volume so loud from them.
Pool is very big and has different depth. Suitable for all. Need to differentiate kids slide vs adult slide better cause there is a case of almost drown when kids mistakenly ride the adult slide.
Breakfast has quite a lot of spread and delicious. Shout out to the kuey teow goreng that is very good compared to other hotel i've stayed.
Overall my family enjoyed the stay, looking forward to repeat the trip again. Probably when my kid old enough to play the slide which is above 4yrs old. Hahaha.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall environment was pleasant. I would definitely recommend it to others and would love to stay here again in the future.
