Nice place & strategic location

The best home stay I have. Highly recommend to who are looking for the big group visitors. 5 rooms in a unit. Comfortable and clean.

Stayed here for 2 nights.. check-in and check out handled by a lovely host from the guard desk. The unit is labelled as a master bedroom as it has a bedroom + bathroom+ kitchen without a living area (sofa) which was enough for us. So we had to eat on the floor lol The bedroom area doesn't have a window which is fine as it is a place to sleep. The windows are actually at the kitchen area,which is facing the inner part of the building (facing other units). But it was bright as the unit is on the highest floor. This type of unit is actually isolated and located within the service lift compound. Another suggestion to improve the unit would be getting a small microwave and put it on the top of the fridge.

Clean, good facility and very spacious room. Perfect place for family, amazing view from our unit. Great location attached the shopping mall. My family very enjoyed and satisfied stay in Imperial Suites. I will come again for next vacation.

Customer service at lobby only available until 10pm, and most of the time doesn’t have anyone there to entertain.

Everything is good. But few item need improve. Couch cleanliness, feel itchy if laying on it. Wifi signal bad, need improve.

The house and room bigger than what I imagine. Good place for business traveler who want big spaces and feel like home every time u coming back from the business meeting. That guy name raymond also friendly.

The apartment is really comfy and clean. Easily accessible to shopping mall and the staff handling the check in and out is very helpful and friendly.

Everything is good is just that the water heater did not work sometimes.

Dirty, and I dont think the bed sheets are washed. The bed smells bad and the room have a peculiar smell that makes me sneezes a couple of times. Not recommended

The room is big and spacious. Suitable for big families and security is also good. There is also a kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The TV inside the main bedroom can't be turned on. The Laundry room will be charged if you want to use it. The parking is only free for one car, If you bring more than one car, you need to pay for the parking. The service from the agent was unsatisfied. For the 1st time user of this apartment, I'm unsatisfied with the service. They do not instruct properly where to pay the parking for more than 1 car. They also did not explain how to get into the apartment. Please upgrade the service when welcoming the guest. Overall the room spacious,clean and comfortable during our stay.They also provide few amenities like towels,soap, hairdryer,hot and cold water, refrigerator and kitchenette for guest.
