Good & worth good location Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Lobby is too crowded, small and no waiting sofa or desk. Propose to have a waiting area, with desk then the guest can read the newspaper while awaiting for friends to pick up or awaiting grab driver. The nearby restaurant is too far, we have to go to mall for dining during rainy days.

It’s was a long time since the last time I stay here. So automatically check in and booking for 3 night room 8405. Then on top on the 12/12 extra room . Deluxe king room 8415. First day check in was disappointed as the bidet to wash the buttock is not functioning. We did not ask to change room or maintainance. Only card in active.  My guess is after this stay we will not recommend anyone to stay here. Today we r going to check out. And this mornign was asked th house keeper to change a tower so that we can take a clean shower before flying off but it was refused. Th housekeeper said need to pay rm 30 for the towel to change.  The point is today we check out so we r still in the room and can use the facility. This is upon the worst hotel service . As swabing a clean towel also will be charged. I have been travel almost a lot of places. This can be said is the worst ever service I had come across. I will not recommend and of my frens or relative to stay here. Very bad experience until the day check out!

Nice view, just that they need to put their daily limited water bottles INSIDE the room. Mine was left outside and when I asked, they said log shown they already gave me but I didn't received it. They looked at me like I want to cheat their water bottle 😅

Book for my wife, my wife is satisfied her accomodation in this premises. Best location for her dinner, between walking distance
