The room is spacious and clean, the service is warm and thoughtful, the hotel is very close to the subway station, there are many restaurants around, and it is next to Wanda Plaza. The room is also very soundproof. I will stay here again next time. I really recommend it, especially the lady at the front desk who was very enthusiastic in guiding us to park and help with our luggage, and reminded us to bring thick clothes. Checked into this hotel today and the overall experience exceeded expectations! The room is equipped with smart guest control and dry and wet separated bathroom. The hot water comes out in seconds, which is very comfortable. There is also a 24-hour gym on the 8th floor. It is very practical to relax on the treadmill in the afternoon. The bed sheets and quilt covers were clean and fresh (checked carefully to find no hair!), the bathroom floor drain was fast and no water accumulated, and there was no dust even on the air-conditioning outlet. The cleaning staff was really attentive. Next to it is Luoshiba Commercial City, the largest commercial center in Kunming. It has everything. I walked around for a day. There are also Yunnan Provincial Museum and Guandu Ancient Town nearby, which are attractions for sightseeing. The hotel has excellent soundproofing and I slept soundly and peacefully. The service provided by the lady at the front desk was very good. She was enthusiastic throughout the whole process and even poured hot tea for us. She was very considerate and delivered the toiletries within 3 minutes when I needed them in the middle of the night. The luggage was stored for free when checking out, which was really heartwarming! At this price point, you can stay in a room with good hardware and warm service. I have already recommended it to friends who are coming on business trips!
