LIRIDE RED HOTEL

The hotel facilities are very new and clean, and the service is warm and thoughtful. The transportation is also convenient. They offer afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and a buffet breakfast, all of which are excellent. You can enjoy all your meals at the hotel, leaving you free to fully enjoy your sightseeing the rest of the time.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's very convenient to get to Cuihu Lake and the old town. The staff were super friendly, offering free valet parking and a late check-out. The view of the street and park from the 19th-floor observation deck is fantastic.

The hotel is very grand and luxurious. I chose it because online reviews mentioned its comfort, and it was perfect for my daughter and her 80-year-old grandmother. It was clean, quiet, and cozy, and the staff was always accommodating. The late-night congee service was indeed very thoughtful. The Yunnan-style breakfast was also excellent. We are very grateful!

Traveling with my parents always makes me a bit nervous, but our two-day stay here truly felt like home. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 2-3 minute walk from Cuihu Lake East Gate, making it super convenient for visiting Kunming Old Street and other city attractions. It's situated at a street corner, and while there's no dedicated parking, the valet service was even more convenient than parking myself! The hotel isn't huge, but it has all the facilities and services you'd expect – a gym, laundry room, rooftop pool, and a high-altitude restaurant. You can really feel that every staff member genuinely puts in effort and provides enthusiastic service. We received complimentary fruit and snacks upon check-in, and there were free afternoon tea and late-night snacks for guests every day, which was incredibly thoughtful. During the red-billed gull season, they even provided us with gull feed – such a considerate and thorough touch. The bathroom lighting was a bit bothering us on the first night, and we thought we'd just put up with it, but surprisingly, the hotel specially arranged for a technician to adjust it for us. Kudos to the hotel for such personalized service!

The Kunming Cuiyuan Liride Hotel truly lives up to its excellent reputation, excelling in both its facilities and services. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The bedding is very comfortable, and the toiletries are from the high-quality JIE YI brand. The dining service, in particular, showcases exceptional thoughtfulness, from breakfast to afternoon tea and late-night snacks. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, provide five-star service. What truly sets it apart is its central location, combining beautiful garden scenery with convenient transportation and easy access to delicious food, all of which represent incredible value for money. Next time we visit Kunming, Cuiyuan Liride will definitely be our and our friends' first choice. Our sincere thanks to all the staff for their dedicated service to guests.
