First time in kunming and stayed at Radisson Hotel. Perfect location, friendly staffs. Walking distance to green lake and restaurants / cafes everywhere. The room is perfect for couple / solo travelers. Overall it’s nice stay at the hotel.

The staff are very accommodating. Our flight at 1:00am but check in was at 14:00 and we were very late. The staff were really friendly and efficient with the checking in process. The 2 receptionist spoke English. The room is spacious with great amenities and Dyson hair dryer. Water and rose moon cakes were provided on upon our welcome. The AC is great, the shower water pressure is amazing. The bed is comfy and the pillows are to great. The breakfast is good and the best part is that it’s open from 7:30am -12midday. I couldn’t believe it myself! The food is good with a range of rice porridge, fresh fruit, noodles, boiled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, youtiao (dough stick bread), vegetables, cereal and a range of desserts. They have a selection of coffee, tea and juices. There’s also a self service laundry area and open roof top area with a pool.

I have no idea whether or not overseas people can see all these reviews. I just post! I like this hotel much. It first time for me and my bf stay as well, we did stay here around 1wk It is not that ex, It's worth every penny you spend I feel there is a mini gym, washing machine and dryer x2 each. rooftop canteen and bar, and mini pool. u can have a damn nice view of this city, esp during the sunset period over the bar or pool area. The hotel do supply breakfast which includes local food, Chinese food, and western diet, salad, fruits, desert, milk, coffee machine. the TV also can change to English which is very friendly to all foreigners if no idea which hotel u want to stay, do try this !!! ( I no have much photos as I'm kind of a "lazy" people)

The hotel location is perfect for a leisure trip, as it's ＜5 mins from the emerald/green lake (翠湖), which itself is within walking distance of several attractions in Kunming. The service at the hotel is outstanding, with the staff forthcoming in providing advices and fulfilling our requests from bedguards to extra water bottle. Shout out to xiaozhi (小智）and xiaozhu (小朱), who always greeted us with a warm smile and gave us some local snacks to try! The room was the best part of the experience, very high quality furnishings and a chic atmosphere, with panoramic view of the city to boot. Will definitely recommend friends and families to stay here if they find themselves in Kunming!

This hotel is a great choice for exploring Kunming. It has extremely friendly staff and comfortable rooms and is located just a moment’s walk from Green Lake Park. Breakfast was an extensive buffet with a lot of good choices and on arrival I was greeted with a delicious rose pastry. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone as a base for exploring the city.

If you’re in Kunming and wish to have a good night’s kip close to a lovely authentic lake and cafes, don’t hesitate in spending the night here. There’s a really cool laid back vibe which is quite charming. Take an evening stroll around the lake beside the hotel. This hotel also lays on a fairly decent breakfast, and if you like a strong bitter coffee, then pop outside to the coffee/bakery next door.

The hotel's sleek modern design exuded a fresh charm, complemented by the clean, smart room and comfortable beds. We appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of children's toiletries and slippers, although encountered a minor issue with the hot water facet in the kids' sink. Despite our late arrival, we were warmly welcomed with signature Yunnan flower pastries. The provision of unlimited bottled water and a complimentary self-service laundry room added to the convenience. Situated just moments from the picturesque Green Lake and close to Old Street and other attractions, the location was ideal. A 30-minute cab ride brought us to the scenic Dian Lake Haigeng Park. While the buffet breakfast was only okay, it was the incredibly friendly lady bartender who truly stood out, treating us to delicious cocktails in the evening. The rooftop pool offered breathtaking views, albeit accompanied by brisk winds and cool water. I was a bit surprised to hear that we needed to pay additional when I requested for a one hour extension for check out. Typically, you’d either say “yes” if you the room isn’t booked for the next guests or “no” if it is booked. Overall, our stay was highly enjoyable.

Lovely hotel, clean and elegant.  The room with view were amazing.  The breakfast is mixed between Chinese and European. Good position in Kunming.  Recommend

Clean, modern hotel with extremely warm service from the service staff. Special mention to 管家 佳加 小智 小铭 who went above and beyond during our time here.

Love the location, walking distance to the Green Lake. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and facilities are complete… everything you have expected is provided for. Breakfast is a buffet mix of Western and Chinese, a great change for us after having rice noodles and steamed buns every morning. The complimentary flower cake, served warm, was excellent. Very nice view from the rooftop.

Positive experience, hotel service and facilities straight to the point, not useless fanciness. Location is good for turist

Very good service. They even courier my thing back to singapore which i left behind.
