位置挺好的，出門就是地鐵了，全程網上辦理入住，老闆熱情服務態度好，衞生還可以除了沒有空調其他都挺齊全的，在九樓馬路邊能聽見汽車聲音，房間跟圖片上一樣整體來説還是可以的

位置絕佳，地鐵站出來就是了，20米。民宿類型，自助入住，到達前一定要聯繫房東，去幾樓，怎麼刷電梯，開門密碼，還有公安登記。不然到了自由港大廈，兩眼一抹黑。電梯還壞了一個，等電梯可辛苦了。但是該説不説，房東服務挺好的，人美聲甜。
房間很大很大很大，竟然還有雙層冰箱但我用不上，沒有空調但有一個大空調扇，但是噪音就會大咯，昆明不熱我睡覺就把它關了。
洗漱都OK，熱水也OK，電視沒啥好看，
窗簾是單層的，睡懶覺也許會有光線影響。
離昆明站兩個地鐵站，機場7個站，交通極其便利。

酒店位置佳，在2號和、6號線的出口，交通便捷是酒店的亮點。酒店是公寓房，服務上還有提高。需提前與客户溝通，否則到了酒店找不到北。

去機場的線路地鐵口，坐地鐵去機場很方便，樓下有24小時711，吃早飯也方便，服務不錯，衞生有待提高！

暑假的房費200左右（對比經濟實惠了）
地理位置非常好，門口就是地鐵口
（如果是搭公共交通到機場和高鐵站都非常棒）
兩個地點都不需要換線
機場還是首站一定有位置，直接搭到終點站
這個民宿沒有前台，入住前老闆會加微信
（在一間老舊大樓裏，第一次上去找保安感應）
直接在網上辦理入住，老闆會給電子鎖的密碼
到了房間內會有一個電梯感應卡提供
（但其實電梯誰都可以搭，兩個電梯中有一個是故障的，根據公告顯示2022年故障，目前還沒維修，電梯使用年限是20年，因此也發現這棟樓特別歷史悠久了）
逃生的樓梯堆放了垃圾，味道較為難聞
樓道較為陰暗，出入的人員較為複雜，也有商店在該樓層掛牌，以及另外一間目前停業的民宿在同樓層。
進入房間內部好了很多~~~
老闆放了薰香，加上開窗，內部氣味芬芳
室內空間大，有大桌子可以放東西
床頭特別放了延長線，手機充電很方便
衞生方面睡完也沒有過敏，床單很乾凈
最後就是開票快速，退房流程簡單也是很棒的
總而言之，撇開樓齡老舊問題
整體來説性價比還是不錯的哦~

地點十分好，離塘子巷地鐵站C出口半分鐘便達。這住宿比較多破損，由樓下大堂到房間都殘舊，兩部電梯，其中一部看來是永遠處於維修狀態，等待電梯時間較長。房間雖然清潔得好，燈光充足，冰箱夠冷夠大好用，床鋪算舒服，浴巾乾净，也很細心提供了二十多瓶瓶裝水給我們五晚享用。但家具設備很舊，也有缺憾，墻紙水喉位補來補去，電制位有些松松動動，淋浴間一道門不見了，淋浴水會濺濕洗手間地下。房東的服務支援十分快，也到位，晚上較夜也給我們買了一幅浴簾，臨時頂替了花灑門。整體來説，如地點方便及價位是主要考慮，是可以住上的。

位置就在地鐵口邊上，出行特別方便，服務員超級熱情，多次問我們的需求，積極幫助，點贊
房間也挺大，主要還有冰箱和洗衣機，對長線旅行需要洗衣服的遊客非常友好，非常滿意，點贊👍🏻
缺點嘛……1:整棟樓就一部很慢的電梯，有天早上出門，電梯裏還有個阿姨推着一個大垃圾桶……那味道絕了
2:浴室的花灑需要調整一下，水流不能調整，目前的水流太細，打在身上有點疼……而且正對着衞生間的櫃子……櫃子下面長期被淋水都有些腐爛掉木屑了
