The room is big enough for a family! I am surprised there is a big balcony with a table and chairs! The welcome drinks and fruits are beyond my expectations! The staff service is very nice!

Convenient location, just 5 mins walk from subway station. The team was very nice and offered a room upgrade for me. The hotel interior decor is that of simple elegance, great for relaxation.

This hotel has an excellent ambiance/atmosphere due to its interior decoration. My room had a small balcony that was indoors which was great for enjoying a rainstorm underneath a glass ceiling. There's a limited number of washing machines for guest use (3 I believe) and you may have to wait some time for your turn. The gym is also quite small. The gym and laundry room are both located in a rather inconvenient spot (end of a corridor so a far walk from the elevators). The elevators are also independent so when you press a button for an elevator, it is ONLY for that single elevator and not the elevator right next to it as well so you want to be smart about which elevator you call for. In most hotels, you just press a button once and the closest/fastest elevator gets summoned. The staff were all great and friendly and seemed eager to help. Overall, despite what I wrote above, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here as the rooms came as advertised and it was a fairly convenient location to explore Kunming.

Great hotel, great location. Good breakfast, not supper westerns, but good coffee and bread every morning. The front desk workers didn't have much English, but they were friendly and helpful and had no problem working with a phone translator to get things figured out. Will deffinily stay here again the next time I travel to Kunming.

Other than being rather cold in the lobby and the dinning area, the hotel was pretty nice. The breakfast was excellent.

This time I came to Kunming for a trip and chose Anshun. Their hotel is very cost-effective and close to the subway station. This business district is also close to Hang Lung, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The location is good, there are many room types, and they are clean and hygienic. I also like their afternoon tea. If you stay here, there is also a free afternoon tea that you can use, or you can order their boutique afternoon tea. Self-service tea break (self-service Italian freshly ground coffee & signature snacks): The afternoon tea snack I had yesterday was pineapple cake. There are also their specially blended teas. The service of the young lady was also very attentive and considerate, and she also prepared welcome fruit for me.

I was lucky enough to get a free room upgrade. The hotel environment is very good and smart, with Dyson hair dryers, Marshall speakers, and Internet TV, which are very convenient and comfortable. The shampoo and shower gel are both herbal, and body lotion is also provided. The service of the ladies at the front desk is very good. It is very close to the high-speed rail station and the airport can also be reached by subway, with convenient transportation. It is very close to Kunming attractions and can be reached by sharing a small electric donkey on the roadside.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The environment is first-class and very comfortable. The comfort of the bedding is also very good. Overall, this is a very good hotel and I would highly recommend it to friends and family. The front desk service of this hotel is really considerate and thoughtful, and the small battery car pick-up service they provide is also very convenient.

The hotel is very beautifully designed and is perfect for girls to travel. The service staff is very friendly and helps take photos. The hotel is warm and comfortable. It's great. I will stay here again next time I come to Kunming.

The hotel is in the cultural and creative park. The newly decorated French style is very nice to take pictures. There is a small luggage trolley at the front desk for pick-up and drop-off, which is very convenient. The ladies are very friendly and the service is very comfortable. The breakfast is not many varieties but everything is delicious. In the cultural and creative park There are bookstores that are great for shopping. It is very close to Vientiane City and Plaza 66, and very close to the subway station. I like this place very much and will stay here next time.

The lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic and actively handles problems. Her attitude is great! By the way, there is a small car. You can go back and forth with the lady at the front desk. She will pick you up and drop you off.
