Good location near to train station , clean environment and daily coffee provided at the front counter

I stayed at the Ji Hotel for a business trip. The room had a refreshing, minimalist design, and the mattress offered just the right level of comfort. The bathroom featured a well-executed wet/dry separation, and the complimentary toiletries were also excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room itself was spotless.

The room was clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff were very friendly, and the front desk provided excellent service. The breakfast was a varied buffet with many options. It was incredibly convenient for us as a stopover on our way to Dali and Lijiang, as we could easily walk to our next connection. Furthermore, it's very close to the Old Street.

This hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spotlessly clean, tidy, and comfortable. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, and the location offers very convenient transportation. I had a wonderfully pleasant stay, and all the staff were enthusiastic and genuinely helpful. I was thoroughly satisfied with my visit and will absolutely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel's location is superb; it's just a 5-minute walk to the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring tourist attractions and shopping areas. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Kunming Railway Station. There are plenty of dining options nearby, making it easy to explore the city. It's only 3 kilometers from the Old Town and also very close to Cuihu Lake. It's a very convenient choice for a layover or transit in Kunming. Their breakfast offers a good variety, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

This Ji Hotel is very well-located. It offers convenient transportation, situated right in front of Kunming Railway Station Plaza and just a three to five-minute walk from the metro station. Service: Everyone, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, provides excellent service.

Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the live noodle station was particularly impressive. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to Kunming Station, and there are plenty of dining choices nearby. The service was meticulous and attentive. We'll definitely make this our top choice on our next visit!

This is the second Ji Hotel I've stayed at in Kunming. Its location is excellent, right next to Kunming Railway Station. It was just a 4-minute walk from the exit, even with my luggage, which is incredibly convenient for travelers transferring via high-speed rail. I particularly loved the room layout. The bathroom was cleverly tucked away, and there was ample space for belongings, including a small sofa and an extra stool. The room was also exceptionally clean. Breakfast was the typical Ji Hotel style, featuring delicious Yunnan-style rice noodles. The dining area was also quite spacious. A special mention goes to the front desk service, which was very warm and welcoming. They were ready to answer any questions and truly made me feel at home.

They even have robots for takeout delivery straight to your room! **Cleanliness:** Spotless, with all facilities being brand new. **Location & Ambiance:** The hotel itself is new, the overall ambiance is great, and it's super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the high-speed train station. **Service:** The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely choose this Ji Hotel again for my next trip to Kunming. The overall quality and service are truly outstanding!

We chose the family room this time, and the two large beds were very comfortable. The room itself was also spotlessly clean. The laundry facilities were fantastic – we could dry our clothes very quickly. And if we needed anything in the room, we just ordered it online and a robot promptly delivered it.

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the train station. Since we had an early train the next day, staying here meant we didn't have to worry about rushing. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful; she assisted us in choosing a king-size room facing the train station. It was quiet and offered a wide, open view, with Kunming Station Square right outside our window. Ji Hotel never disappoints – it was clean and comfortable, as always. The bed was very comfortable, the toilet even had a heated seat, and the breakfast was both plentiful and delicious. We had a really comfortable stay. Excellent room. Unique smell of the corridor. Super clean. I arrived with no problems. Check in was smooth. I was able to check in 2 hours early. Comfy beds. Amenities were beautiful, one grey one white, grey thoughtful. Toilet seat had heat warmers. Shower was warm and powerful. View outside wasn’t great but great location near train station. Washing machine was free! Breakfast was great! Would recommend!
