the public area is very good, gym, laundry are quite essential and impeccable. However design of the room is not the best, imo.

The room is very spacious. The hotel is just next to a large shopping center so the food choice is great. The breakfast buffet is not expensive. The room is clean and the washing liquids are of Australian brand.

Terrible experience. The room smelt smoke and the manager told me it’s how wood smells in humidity??? Experienced other upsetting matters when leaving. Not recommended.

This hotel is the biggest gain of this business trip. I don't like overly simple designs, and I don't care whether it is smart or not, but I hope the room can be bigger and newer, and it would be better if it has some design sense. There are many Christmas installations in the lobby during the Christmas season, which is quite festive. The suite is fully equipped, from color matching to hanging paintings to furniture selection, it is very attentive and pleasing to the eye. The room is very quiet. I can occasionally hear the sound of trains when I wake up in the morning, which does not affect my sleep. The hotel lobby and corridors are very spacious, and the gym is super large. The hotel is not far from Hongqiao Airport. It takes more than 10 minutes to get there by taxi. The surrounding area is also convenient. It takes two or three minutes to walk to Vientiane City. It is suitable for friends who are on business trips near Hongqiao Airport. I stay here every time I go on a business trip to Shanghai. The facilities are clean and the breakfast is tidy. It is convenient because there is a Korean street and Seoul Ae Market nearby.
