If you have big luggage and you are getting dropped off my a taxi or didi, u will have to carry your luggage over the barriers unless you go to the carpark which the taxis don’t go to.
Our room was right next to the cleaners closet and everytime the cleaner opened the door to grab something we heard it. Waking us early in the morning…..
Breakfast restaurant staff were nice and attentive.
Room view was good.

amazing hotel and staff. absolutely love the location as it is near the Train Station. the hotel team are helpful and lovely. they helped me collected my mei tuan food order and were very responsive to my request. they also have great choice of food selection during the breakfast time.

Location not so convenient but staff is helpful and walk an extra mile to assist in e-hailing 😊
Breakfast is good , in my booking there’s a complimentary “high tea” which i did not get to enjoy, overall service is good as staff is very helpful . ❤️ the mattress . Free Gift of Rose Flower Cake

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! Despite being a local travel hotel with limited facilities, the hospitality is not bad and made my stay memorable.
The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the local area. The staff's dedication to providing a pleasant experience was evident in every interaction, to ensure guests felt welcome and cared for.
Overall, it was a great stay with friendly staff who made all the difference.

The room is very spacious , high floor with good view, recommended for stay. Price is reasonable.
Was catching train on 6.30am , breakfast starts at 7.30, the hotel pack our breakfast earlier and let us bring to train station. Very kind of them

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and one of the best parts was the breathtaking view from the 29th floor. Waking up to the city skyline was an unforgettable experience. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to get around. The breakfast selection was great, offering a variety of fresh options, and the coffee was excellent—rich and flavorful, perfect for starting the day. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again!
